We are located only 6 miles away from the downtown and famous excursions. We offer 4 parking spots, so bring your friends and family.

Guests will access the home using their custom door code, which will be provided 24 hours before check-in via email from the "August app".

Getting around is very easy. You can walk or we have Uber and Lyft.
PARKING: 4 vehicles max allowed
• 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
• 2 vehicles can be parked directly in front of the home
Do not park in front of neighboring homes.
OCCUPANCY:
10 people max allowed
The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be cognizant of the # of guests you enter while booking!
SECURITY:
For your your safety and protection we have an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There are NO cameras inside the home.
QUIET HOURS:
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood area and we ask you to respect the serenity of this place. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 9:00 am.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?
We will try our best to accommodate an early check-in. Please arrange for early check-in in advance by messaging us (a $50 early check-in fee may apply).
LATE CHECK OUT?
We will try our best to accommodate late check-outs (a $50 late check-out fee), however you must do this well in advance.
