Was not clean/cleaned well/hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs, spider webs, etc.....throughout the house. Had to clean the coffee table myself because it was so sticky and dirty. Furniture is all very used and in rough condition. The house is older and has been "remodeled" but the "remodel" is not great and either wasn't done well to begin with or needs to be done again. Would have gone to a hotel if we could have gotten a refund.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do Not RecommendMy recent stay at this property was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable for the price paid—over 800 for just two nights. Upon arrival, the house was visibly dirty with hairs in both bathtubs and bathrooms. The main bathroom toilet would not flush properly—barely even water, let alone waste or paper. The air conditioning unit was ineffective and could not cool the home, making our stay uncomfortable.The kitchen was not fully stocked as advertised, and the home looked nothing like the listing photos. The yard was unkempt with grass nearly knee high and trash scattered around the property. Additionally, the code I was initially provided did not work, causing further frustration upon arrival.The house reeked of smoke and mildew, and the towels were cheap, with barely enough for one per guest. For the price point, this stay was extremely overpriced and disappointing. I should have trusted the previous reviews.In my opinion, this property should be removed from the platform entirely. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Terrible experience

We didn’t actuallu stay at the location due to it wqw unclean, the listing was outdated. There were bugs, roaches, and spiderwebs. The window blinds were all broken. The base boards were rotten, there were holes in the wall. The host blocked me after complaining about the conditioning of the location. We have yet to recieve out refund and VRBP isn't doing much to resolve the matter. We didn't stay one night at the location and after driving over 7hrs we spent another 6 hours attempting to resolve the matter. My family was distraught and we eventually had to stay in 2 motel rooms to properly accommodate my family. It completely ruined out vacation as welp as some work related appointments I had. I'd give this a -5 rating if it wer3 possible

If I could get my money back I’d appreciate it

We were extremely disappointed in this stay — especially considering the amount we paid for just one night. The house was disgustingly unclean. There were cobwebs everywhere, stained sheets with pube hairs, crumbs, and other unknown substances, and we had to go to Walmart to buy our own clean bedding. One room even had a used diaper on the floor with visible pee stains around it. To make matters worse, we saw roaches, which made the whole experience feel even more unsanitary and unsettling. Several windows had broken or missing blinds, offering no privacy at all. We expected a comfortable and clean space, but instead got a nightmare. I would never stay here again and strongly caution others to avoid it.

The start of our vacation

I'm writing in regard to my recent stay at your property listed on Vrbo.Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not match the listing description or photos, and due to several serious concerns,Upon arrival, we noticed several issues that significantly impacted our stay:The home had a strong odor of mildew or mold, which was persistent and unpleasant.• The front door was misaligned and did not close properly, raising safety concerns.• The master bedroom sheets appeared used and unwashed from previous guests.• The bathroom towels did not appear or feel clean.• Multiple blinds throughout the home were broken or missing, including in the street-facing bedroom.

I don’t know where to begin. The house smelled, the floors were filthy, there were bugs in the sink and bathroom and under all the furniture. There was trash under the furniture from previous renters. There was a large hole in the wall in the living room. There is a small hole above the front door that led clear to the outside. The floors and baseboards were rotting. This house was extremely uncomfortable to be in. We paid 441 for 1 night and I wouldn’t stay here again even if they gave me money.

Near hospital fot surgery

My husband had open heart surgery on Wednesday and my son snd daughter in law wanted to be close while he was in CCU. It was a great location and so quick to get to Forezt General.
