Soak up the Southern California sunshine in this charming beach house located in the quaint coastal town of Solana Beach. The vacation home is just a few steps from beach access at Tide Park Beach, less than a ten-minute walk to Fletcher Cove Beach Park, and a five-minute drive (less than 3 miles) from the world-famous Del Mar Race Track.

With three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, the home accommodates up to 7 people. You will love the fresh, beachy feel of this space as well as the family-style multi-purpose room on the lower floor, outdoor living spaces, and pool with attached hot tub and slide!

Enter through the gate to a private and spacious courtyard with, outdoor dining set, sofa and chairs. Right off the courtyard you will enter into a cozy beach style bungalow. The main floor consists of two master suites with attached bathrooms and views of the resort-style pool, and lush landscape. The main floor also includes a living room with large flatscreen TV, fireplace, dining room as well as a delightful galley style kitchen which leads onto the upstairs deck, perfect for barbecuing and relaxing in the California weather.

The downstairs floor consists of a family-style multi-purpose room which leads to the outdoor pool area. Just off this room you will find a guest suite furnished with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. These rooms have direct access to the outdoor space and pool area.

Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 7 people in beds (2 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 Twin)
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- Onsite parking (for 2 vehicles) is available - one in the driveway and one in the garage. There is ample street parking as well.
- The pool and spa can be heated for a daily fee of USD $100, with a 3-night minimum. Please let our team know if you would like to add this at least 24 hours in advance.
- There is a pool fence installed at the home for your safety. Pool hours are between 10AM-7:30PM, out of respect for our neighbors.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
