The main level features an open great room. Leather furniture is arranged to take full advantage of the gas log fireplace, a 42” flatscreen TV, and tall windows and French doors open to the mountain views. The dining table seats 8, and it is adjacent to the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a half bath and a mud room next to the kitchen. Also on this main level is a master suite with a King bed, French doors to the deck, and a large private bath with double vanities and a tiled shower.



Downstairs is a large den area with a brand new pool table and another 42” flatscreen TV. There is another master suite with a king bed, French doors to the lower level deck, and a private bath with a tub/shower. There is a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed set and its own bath with tub/shower, and a bedroom suite with a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower. All three bedrooms on this level have their own TV.



On the main level deck by the front door is the wonderful hot tub, screened by a privacy wall, overlooking the short and long range mountain views. On the deck accessed from the living room’s French doors is a glass-topped table for dining al fresco, and a stainless steel gas grill for the perfect barbecue.



Just minutes away from all the shopping, dining, and attractions in Boone and Blowing Rock, this lovely cabin is sure to become your new home away from home. Remember, it's always 5 O'Clock Somwehere, so come in and leave your cares at the door!



Please Note: The virtual tour for this home shows a extra twin beds in the bunk bedroom and queen bedroom downstairs. Those twin beds have been removed. No other significant changes have occurred at this home.





The garage is not accessible by guests. It is the homeowners' private storage area.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.

• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.

• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.

• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.

• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage.
