Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home’s location, proximity to the beach and pool, as well as the smooth check-in experience. We sincerely apologize that the condition of the property did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding maintenance issues—including the water leak, kitchen drawer, dishwasher racks, missing deck railing, and the inoperable TVs and outdoor speaker—are very concerning to us.
