Welcome to The Blessed Home, a lovely three-story contemporary Old Florida-styled residence that comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests in its six spacious bedrooms. This home is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the Spooky Lane neighborhood beach, south of Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Its prime location places you within walking distance of the charming village center of Gulf Place, known for its vibrant outdoor amphitheater, restaurants, specialty shops, and art galleries. Complimentary bicycles make exploring the area even more convenient and enjoyable.

Outdoor Oasis
The Blessed Home is set back from Beachwalk Lane, featuring a welcoming Live Oak tree with patio lounge chairs and a spacious paver stone driveway with ample parking. The back of the house showcases three levels of white-columned verandas overlooking an exquisite lagoon- shaped heated swimming pool. The lower-level veranda is perfect for poolside dining with a table, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Enjoy the serene ambiance and lush surroundings while lounging by the pool.

First Floor: Comfortable Accommodations
The first floor offers a bonus primary suite and three additional guest quarters. The bonus primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a handsome black ebony decorative metal frame, a convenient kitchenette, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom boasts a charming cottage-style queen-size bed with a tub-shower combination. Another guest bedroom has coastal-style furnishings with a queen-size bed flanked by side tables and glass bottle base lamps. A cozy bunk room with twin beds and access to another hall bath with a tub-shower combination complete this floor. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Second Floor: Elegant Living Spaces
The second floor is designed for gracious living and entertaining, with an open living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a furnished veranda overlooking the pool. A flatscreen TV mounted above a white marble-topped cabinet provides entertainment. The dining area includes a rectangular hardwood plank top table with bench seating on one side and five unique bamboo framed chairs with white yarn woven seating. The state-of-the-art kitchen boasts a nautical theme with a navy blue brick backsplash, cream-colored custom cabinetry, and a white-topped entertainment island with raised bamboo chairs. A bunk room on this floor has queen beds and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower, which also serves as a convenient powder room.
