The space
Very centrally located, less than 10 minutes from downtown, old town, the zoo, aquarium, bosque walking, riding trails, botanical gardens, tingly beach (fishing), and the famous route 66. The best restaurants in town are within minutes and it has easy freeway access. For larger groups we have another property right next door. Private back yard.

Small dogs are allowed with a one-time $100 pet fee. 2 small dogs are $125.00 Pets must stay off the furniture and go potty outside. All doggie business must be disposed of.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
RING DOORBELL CAMERA - A doorbell camera may be installed outside the porch, facing the street.
RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
