Esta casa de tres niveles se encuentra en el corazón de la acción, justo en el medio de las famosas 7 millas de paraíso de arena de Rockaway Beach, a poca distancia a pie de todos los servicios.

Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely done. Beds were comfortable too. So close to the beach, even had marshmellow sticks in the garage.

Location was amazing! Beautiful view from the decks of the ocean if you didn’t want to walk the little ways to actually put your feet in the sand. Very pet friendly as well. Doug and Andrea were responsive when needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely be staying there again. Great location, great home, great owners! Thank you Doug and Andrea!

Fantastic location and beach home

This home was perfect for our family Memorial Day weekend getaway. The kids had a blast and the home was well stocked with all the necessities and beach items in the garage.

What a great setup. The beach is steps away from the patio door. We loved having 3 levels in the condo. Having the living/kitchen area on separate floors from the bedrooms was nice. Each Bedroom also has it's own bathroom, plus you get a 3rd bathroom on the main living/dining floor. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great beach unit

Great property, great location with easy access to the beach. The unit is fully furnished with high quality items, we only ran out of Kleenex and couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work. Multi level worked great for a beach property, sandy shoes and toys don’t get tracked over the entire living area. We would stay here again.Too bad that they have another building blocking the sunset views.

Great little escape

Property location was amazing and the property itself was super cute, just as seen in the listing pictures. Super dog and family friendly and is not only right on the beach but also right across the street from a grocery store which we found very convenient. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Gem in Rockaway Beach

Location of property and the view was even better than the online pictures! Townhouse is well-equipped, quiet area and very clean. Close to the centre of Rockaway and good choice of restaurants, coffee and groceries within a short walk. Highly recommend this place.

Great property and location

Our stay was fantastic. Home was in great shape in a fantastic setting. View of the beach and a short walk from the beach. Took as no more than 2 minutes to leave the house and set up on the beach to relax and watch the kids play. I would recommend anyone to look into this property for a vacation rental in Rockaway Beach.

Beautiful views

We spent 3 nights and had a great stay. The townhouse was well equiped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and premium TV channels. The best part of course were the views and easy access to the beach.

Annual Rockaway Trip

We had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. The view is great and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean on the patios of each floor. Beach access was steps away. It was also very easy to get in touch with the Property owners and they were very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely book this place again!

Great view of Kite Festival

View of ocean and beach is off to the side as a building blocks a direct view. The kite festival was a short ways away and we had an excellent view of the kites. Property manager was very responsive to us. Enjoyed the seaside themed decorations. Kitchen worked well.

Lovely townhome. When we first arrived smoke detector was beeping because battery was low. Owners promptly responded and we were able to get situation resolved. Rest of the stay was great. Property very convenient for vacation to coast.

Great spot

We brought our kids here and it was perfect for 4 people. Clean, and everything we needed. It is right on the beach with easy access. The only thing we might request in the future is a slightly earlier checkout time. But we checked out the town and played on the beach while waiting. So all good. They have chairs and beach toys and everything you really need. Would recommend and would stay again. Also owner is very responsive.

Clean and comfortable

Steps are steep and there is not much of an ocean view as the home faces another building to the west but the home is convenient to the beach, clean and well-stocked. Lots of stairs. The kitchen is on the third floor, bedrooms on the second, so be prepared for the climb, especially if you cook in. Otherwise, a pleasant home and likely perfect for some. I do like that it is dog-friendly but getting our dogs approved was a bit of a challenge as there is apparently a size limit that I was unaware of. The furniture and beds are comfortable.

Short But Fun Stay

Had a great time at the beach! Doug and Andrea were incredibly responsive to my questions and took care of everything promptly. I will reiterate comments by others that if you have mobility issues this may not be an ideal property for you as there are lots of stairs in the condo and rock stairs to access the beach. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with basic pots and pans, and we had plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. We're already making plans to come back next year.

Close to anything worth seeing in Rockaway

This is a great location. You can go out, cross the street, and have access to stores and places to eat. The train station and large parking area for Rockaway is even closer. The view from the two decks is looking at the twin rocks. There is a newly built condo right in front, but it doesn't block the view to the left. The best view, for me, was the bottom street level porch. It felt like you were sitting on the beach. We had a couple issues with cleanliness which we addressed with the owner and we felt like he was going to handle it appropriately. Kitchen is well-stocked, including a Keurig, could use a tea kettle, though. There are lots of extra bedding and blankets, if needed. The garage had great items for taking to the beach, chairs, toys, even kites. Main living is on top level, 2 bedrooms in middle level, lower level has a very nice "living area", with TV, couches, and high-end hide-a-beds. Beds were high quality. Overall, this is a great location, with the things you would need to have a very nice stay at the beach.

Peaceful, seaside hideaway

If you're looking to get away to recharge your batteries, this is the place to do it! Outstanding property, right on the beach. I don't think you could ever get tired of watching the surf roll in. This is a place to visit in the winter, summer, spring or fall... I guess you could say it's an all season playground! The little town of Rockaway Beach is something out of a novel. Don't let any of the almost run down looking building fool you... they house some of the best dining and shopping experiences you can find anywhere. There is lots to see and do if you so desire, but we found that after a long walk on the beach and maybe a little champagne and orange juice with breakfast, we were content to hold up for most of the days. My wife read 3 books in 4 days. I was able to catch up on some work and emails without the usual interruptions. The condo is newer and completely up to date and modern with everything you would need for a luxurious stay. The Oregon Coast is a must see and do and should be on every bucket list. This condo is a perfect place to base your travels out of! It is an eleven out of ten! Thank you to the owners and as Arnie would say... "We'll be back!"

Heaven on Earth...

If you're looking to unwind, relax and take in the laid back Oregon experience, this place is for you. The property is immaculate, decorated in a beach house theme. The location could not be better... right on the beach. Ocean views on all three floors... when you look out, the next stop would be Japan! It doesn't matter if it's sunny or storming. You can storm watch or just marvel at the big waves and surf. It was our second time there, and it won't be our last. My wife read several books and I read one as well. I found myself just listening to music and watching the waves for hours. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, but we took full advantage of the Weber BBQ on the deck with, once again, an ocean view. If you never want to cook, there is so many cool, authentic and charming places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. We decided to go out for dinner on Tuesday. What we didn't know was that, because of the winter season, most places closed Tuesday. We drove to several little towns to try and find an open place, but finally we decided to eat at Ricks Roadhouse right in Rockaway. What a surprise... Beer was $2.50 and my wife had the the broasted chicken for $7.95. It was a large 1/2 of a chicken, in four pieces and was super juicy and the wedge fries were outstanding. I decided to have the 18 ounce porterhouse steak for $17.95. Buck an ounce for steak... unheard of! Very friendly and very good. We had our french bulldog, Roxy with us and she just loved the miles and miles of uninterrupted beach. It is beautiful and so much fun just to go for a walk. If you have a chance to visit this town and stay in this condo... take it, you won't be disappointed!

We love the Oregon Coast and discovered Rockaway Beach a few years ago when I decided to purchase there. The beach is beautiful and the local shops are great but the best thing about Rockaway Beach are the friendly and genuine people who live there!
