Con un plan de piso abierto, decorado con buen gusto con mobiliario contemporáneo, y equipadas con televisores de alta definición por satélite, equipo de música, reproductor de DVD y de alta velocidad Wi-Fi, esta casa es una casa de vacaciones perfecto para una escapada romántica o unas vacaciones de relax en familia.
En la planta baja, la cocina, los comedores y de vida habitaciones con vistas impresionantes del Océano Pacífico y las millas de playas de arena. Usted puede abrir la puerta de la cubierta para dar la bienvenida al sonido y la brisa de las olas del océano; o usted puede sentarse alrededor de la chimenea de gas, ver películas, leer libros, o simplemente para relajarse. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Great location to town square. Plenty of room-great floor plan. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was wonderful-we ate Turkey and watched football. Best Thanksgiving ever!

If you want to be beach front in Rockaway Beach, this location is a 5! Great views and easy access to the beach with plenty of space in the unit for our group. However, it may be time to replace carpet, furniture, drapery and other furnishings in order to bring it back up to a 5 star property.

The perfect on-the-beach getaway. Beautiful sunsets. Super fancy on-suite. Upper and lower balconies. Loved it. We had trouble with the tv but decided that we didn’t want it anyway

Wonderful size, location and access to beach, just right for our family. Centrally located to other points of interest, charters, Tillamook cheese factory and other beach locations.The property is in need of some TLC and repairs. We love the area and property so much we are considering a return trip for next year. Definitely a gem find.

Pros:Great beach front location with easy access to the sand and surf. Large spacious property. Quiet surrounding neighborhood. Cons:Somewhat tired, well used interior. Worn and badly stained carpet. Kitchen utensils are well used and in some cases broken, numerous coffee cups chipped along the lip, could not find lids for any cooking pots making boiling water for pasta or rice a little difficult, kitchen knives unusably dull or broken. Extremely dirty oven and baking sheet that have not been cleaned in some time. All of the listed negatives, though disappointing, can easily be addressed with just a modest amount of concern and attention to detail.

A perfect spot on the beach. Nice balconies. Access to the beach difficult for any one who has mobility issues. Perfect for younger people and children. Good for grand parents to be able to view family enjoying the beach from the balcony. Living room furniture not very comfortable. All bedrooms on the second floor. Must be able to climb stairs. Well stocked kitchen with everything you will need

Great location!

This was our 4th year staying here and we had a great time once again. The location is close to downtown, and being right on the beach is a huge plus. Being able to sit in the living room and look out at the waves never gets old. Communication with the owner is always smooth, and we’ve never been disappointed with our trips here. Property is spacious and all the appliances have worked fine for us. Good internet speed if you need to telework (which we did) and TVs were easy to operate with lots of channels. We love coming to Rockaway Beach and hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay with the perfect location!

This townhome is perfect in size and layout. The amenities are well thought out. There was some settling of the building causing a few cracks along the ceiling in the living area and there is an obvious leak coming from the main bath upstairs. The dishwasher is a bit tricky to get started since the "start" button is no longer there. The owner addressed any concerns right away and was very polite. I would love to come back another time to enjoy the incredible ocean front view! Beautiful!!!

Beautiful Beach Get-away

This property is right on the beach in beautiful Rockaway, OR. The upstairs has been recently remodeled and is very lovely. The bedrooms are extremely nice and beds are comfortable. There is a large kitchen with a pantry and plenty of counter space. The host is easy to work with and graciously left us coffee and wine to enjoy. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great location right on the beach and great communication!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Property was very well kept up and the location was great right on the beach. It's great for a family. The flight of stairs to the bedrooms aren't the best for people of age or that may have issues getting around. For most with younger kids it is perfect, especially with the location. It's right in the middle of everything and easily within walking or a really short drive. Only recommendation is update the furniture in the living room with actual chairs as outside of the couch (which doesn't have much back support) and the dining room the seating isn't the most comfortable and the lounge chairs seem to be more decor than functional. Balcony furniture could be updated as well. Jay was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall I'd stay there again maybe with some of those minor changes with the furniture in the main room.

Beachfront location

Great location in Rockaway, right in the beach. It was nice to take morning and evening walks right in the beach. The home was central for our plans going north and south. The home was spacious with comfortable beds, enough for a family of five. Large kitchen with all the amenities. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay at this home again.

Great location and owner communication

This was our second time renting this unit. It is clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent before, during and after both stays! Thanks so much, we hope to be back!

Honest feedback

Great location w/ incredible views! Musty smell terrible even after several days of airing it out. We felt it could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards dirty, walls dirty/scuffed in front of bar chairs in kitchen, heater vents dirty, windows dirty inside (master bath tub and sliders both up and down and windows by sliders) kitchen cupboards had white stuff speckled on lower ones by sink, some dirty silverware and cups. Lamp bulb out in living room lamp upon arrival but we found a bulb im closet. Dust on tv stand and fireplace mantle but we dusted it. No kitchen rags just hand towels. Dirty sponge from previous guest in kitchen tray. Light bulb burned out in master shower, dead batteries in tv remote that we bought to replace in master bedroom. Carpet had stuff on it coming upstairs upon arrival. Hair was in sink in master bathroom. Chairs on upstairs balcony were uninviting and should be disposed of and the table had green/brown algae on it. Missing screen upstairs slider. Bucket of water with dirty rag on lower balcony upon arrival. Fridge/freezer/microwave were clean on inside smudges on outside of fridge and dishwasher. Beds and pillows were comfy! Host was easy to work with and checked in with us. Place looked clean when walking in the door but it felt kind of dingy/grimey like someone just kind of half ass cleaned it or it hasn’t been cleaned proper in awhile. Overall we had a great time but I don’t think we would rent it again.

Great Views

We had a great coast trip despite my worries about a forecasted storm. Jay, the owner, was calm and communicated well, and we ended up extending our stay because we were well taken care of and had the best view. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we needed to hunker down and play Uno by the waves.

Great Beachfront Stay in Rockaway

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach at Rockaway. We had Thanksgiving dinner and made use of the well stocked kitchen. Great spot - will stay again.

NOT SO GREAT

Unit has settled extensively causing big waves in the floor and cracks in the ceiling cooking items are old and dirty. Deck chair collapsed and could have caused injury other furniture old and unsafe. Will not return
