You are 5 minutes walk from the charming center of the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami with many restaurants of all types, lively bars, Boutiques, art galleries and a vibe that attracts Miami residents from the entire city.
Located just on the bay allows one to enjoy the park with its trails, art festival , parades and gatherings, open air concerts and more .
You can also do remote working with a big desk in the living room and wifi.
