Very nice house. Kitchen was nice and stocked well. Three BR with 3 full bath was very nice to share with another family. Plenty to do within walking distance and ubered to a few other places. We ate at the restaurant just in front of the building (Southbound) one night and was the best food of the 4 day weekend. One snafu with sheets and the host was very response and quickly fixed the issue without disturbing our trip. Appreciate the help Cody.

This property was perfect for our group trip! Cody was a great help & very responsive. The property allowed us to have private space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The location was perfect to access many of the restaurants and shops in the area. We really enjoyed the lunch at Ladles, which is very close to the apartment and highly recommended!

Great Stay

Perfect spot for a small group friends trip. Each bedroom had own bathroom, and the location was perfect. Would stay again when I return.

Great for a group!

Check in was easy, the location was great, it was clean, and it worked well for our group of three couples - each couple had their own room and attached bathroom.

Perfect for couples

The place was amazing and we loved having our own separate spaces. The bedroom with attached bathroom was perfect for us (3 couples). Location was great, easy walk to King St.

Charleston Xmas Trip

Great house!

Our stay was 5 days! The house was clean and modern. Loved having 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Great location close to the downtown historic district of Charleston. Would stay again!

Comfortable and cozy

Very cozy 3-bedroom unit with all you need for a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place.

Great Experience with this Rental!

We loved this beautiful 3-bedroom rental. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent, before and during our stay. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and George was there almost immediately to let us in. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property - great stay

The grounds & property are really beautiful. True Charleston experience. Decor & design of apartments are gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen. Loved sitting on front porch every morning. Would definitely go back!
