Hermosa del Mar is a gated condo community just 300 meters from the shores of Playa Hermosa. The condo sits along the heart of Playa Hermosa, with restaurants, cafés and everyday conveniences all within easy walking distance. A small grocery store for essentials is directly across the street, with three additional grocery stores along the main road.

Playa Hermosa is a relaxed beach community known for its gentle surf, excellent dining and beautiful beachfront walking path. It's also a convenient launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing and sightseeing tours. When you want more options, Playas del Coco is just 10 minutes away, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and additional activities.

Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately 35 minutes away, making Playa Hermosa an easy first stop after your flight. The area also puts you within easy reach of Guanacaste's waterfalls, hiking trails, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences and river tours.

Hermosa del Mar 2-3A is a generously sized three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo on the third floor of a gated community just 300 meters from Playa Hermosa. Accessible by elevator, the condo offers comfortable indoor living and a large private balcony overlooking the surrounding tropical landscape. The open-concept living and dining area features a 65-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating and dining for six, while sliding doors open to the balcony with a daybed, conversation seating, dining for six and a gas BBQ.

The well-equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, dishwasher, plenty of counter space, a large pantry and a breakfast bar with seating for three. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the condo's laundry room, and central AC keeps the entire condo comfortable.

The primary suite features a king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, balcony access, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a shower and large vanity. A convenient half bath near the main entry provides an additional bathroom for the group.
