The Space:

Disclaimer: Please note that from December-March, hot tub performance may fluctuate due to freezing temperatures. We do our best to maintain optimal functionality, but usage during extreme cold weather is not guaranteed.



The Speakeasy Beach Home features 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 full baths.



The design of the home has been carefully crafted to maintain the 1920's era architecture while infusing modern amenities. The property includes a fenced in private backyard, an outdoor shower, a six person outdoor covered hot tub, a bar with seating for two, and a dining table for six.

Fully remodeled with central air. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, there are two bonus sleeping areas: a convertible couch and a daybed in private rooms.



Liven up the party with our eclectic record collection in the speakeasy lounge, challenge an opponent to foosball, or turn on a video game on the Super NES Classic in the game room. Step back outside to the backyard before heading out to the beach.



Located steps away from the best strip of the Atlantic City beach called Bartram Ave Beach and nestled in the desirable Chelsea neighborhood on the border with Ventnor. Take a walk from the house to local breakfast spots. Casinos are a short 15 min walk on the boardwalk or a few min drive by car.

You are renting the entire single family home.



At the end of the block is our neighborhood Bartram Ave. Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our beach includes public bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access to transportation to everything the city has to offer.



Pets are welcome, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.

Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block two-family building with 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath, ping pong table, foosball table and double outdoor patio space
