Hi Kimberly - I am sorry you were not fully satisfied, it is very rare we get anything but positive feedback, so I appreciate the notes. However, the HVAC functions very well and has no issues. We checked the thermostat history - looks like you only had the heat turned on for a little over 1hr over the 3 days you stayed. Would have been more than happy to help you turn it on if you were having issues figuring out the thermostat and had reached out to me. Given the size of the cottage and the usual guest count, while we have included almost every amenity we possibly could, we can not unfortunately reasonably fit a dishwasher as well, though we have provided a dish washing station. Likewise, had you mentioned wanting more outdoor seating or bed pillows (which there are 4 king size pillows on the bed that are less than 1 year old, plus 2 extra spare pillows in the closet), I would have gladly accommodated you and brought some over (we are not a big corporate hotel, and I like to personally take care of all my guests the best I can). Thanks for staying Cathy. Its actually one of my personal favorite beds I have slept in and most all seem to enjoy it, but unfortunately there is not a perfect one-size-fit-all for beds, so I tried to choose something that would accommodate the broadest group of people.
