The house was adorable and in a great location. Very very clean, nice updates to the house, and the host was easy to get in touch with and left a nice snack bowl for us! We would definitely stay again.

Great cottage in Southern Pines. Easy access to the historic district, Pinehurst and Aberdeen. Would love to stay here again in warmer weather!

Short Birthday Trip to Southern Pines

Great location in a quiet residential area. Well maintained property with a nice, fenced yard, BBQ and sitting area. Easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. House was well equipped and provided for all of our needs. Owner provided great info on local coffee shops and restaurants. Perfect venue for our first trip to this beautiful area!

Pet friendly

The home was pet, friendly, clean, and had a nice flow to the layout. The location was great to access downtown Southern Pines, and had the perfect amount of privacy.

small town getaway

Lovely cottage home in a great walking neighborhood provided just the escape we needed from big city living. Wonderful walking/hiking trails nearby and easy drive to the beautiful town of Southern Pines provided us with just the respite we needed. Host provided us with helpful information that enhanced our stay.

Southern Pines Visit

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s very clean, has great amenities, the owners had great communication and made it very simple. This place looks exactly how it’s pictured, maybe even better. The backyard is perfect if you need to bring your dog along and we love the turf backyard for doggie cleanup. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Cottage in The Pines

Such a cute cottage home, full of natural light and comfort. The jeweled chandelier adds a touch of fun elegance to the living room and dining area. Nice, welcoming back yard space, but the rain kept all inside. My family was only there for one short night, but I will definitely book again if the occasions arises. Jennifer communicated quickly and was sensitive to my family's stay.

Great house and location

The house was just like the pictures. It was great to have the bedrooms on the second floor. We cooked and found we had everything that was needed. The owner was responsive and timely to all our questions. The yard waa perfect for our dog. The location was perfect for area golf courses. Definitely recommended.

Family funeral reunion

The property was great for our family needs. My only complaint would be that the outdoor furniture was worn and the patio wasn't clean. The other issue was being on a road that had a bit of early morning traffic that disrupted sleep

The property was close to our event and the kitchen was very nice. I wish we had known there were no window coverings on the main level so we were not comfortable spending time at night in the home as we were on display in a dark neighborhood. All in all it worked well for us.

Wonderful place to stay!

Cozy Cottage is the perfect name for your place. When we walked in the front door, we sensed a warmth and inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home. It was just like the pictures in the ad. It was very clean and lovely. The manager was very accommodating and available to meet our needs.
