Thank you for your feedback Joey. We were so disappointed in your review. We are saddened that you did not have the perfect experience of our previous guests. We have 10 5 star reviews on this property on this platform and 50 star reviews on another platform. We are always happy to provide maintenance during any stay if needed! Unfortunately you did not let us know of any issues until day 12 of your 14 day stay, which leads us to believe you Caused the damages. In any case we still wanted to help make the remainder of your stay as perfect as possible. We set up a maintenance and cleaning appointment to come that very day, but you canceled the appointment and did not allow entry. We would have been happy to give further instructions on how the slider window lock worked, if we had known you were confused. We apologize for the ants in the street. We are a beachside property, so we do have insects, lizards and other wildlife in the area, as this is Their natural habitat. Do to the poor communication on your side, we cannot recommend you to other hosts. We do appreciate your stay! Thank you again Joey
