The woodcraft of this home is fashioned using the ancient Japanese wood burning technique, Shou Sugi Ban. The art highlights the textured surface and veining of the selected woods. The architecture conveys calm and a sense of wellbeing. It is a welcoming place to return after visiting nearby cities as Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena. It is a 3 min. walk to the local supermarket, gourmet coffee house, wine boutique, and numerous fast food restaurants. It is a 2 min. drive to the main freeways entrances



House Rules



Please:

1. No loud music and noise.

2. Respect the neighbors. This is a very quiet family neighborhood.

3. No Parties. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call the police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately. Also, the Guest(s) will be fined $1,000.

4. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. There will be a fine of $500 if guests smoke inside the house.

5. Please do not move furniture. If you must please move it back to its proper place.

6. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300will be added for a complete deep clean.

7. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes/ Sanitary Napkins MUST NOT be flushed down the toilet.



Additional Rules

8. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight.

9. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests. There are exterior cameras installed on house to verify that the guest count is accurate.

10. Park in your assigned space(s).

11. No RV Parking on the Premises.

12. Cars that are leaking oil will be required to park on the street and Guest(s) will be fined a minimum of $150 for stain removal.

13. No car washing on the Premises.

14. Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement.

15. A security deposit, by way of a credit card authorization hold, will be required. The amount will be based on whether a Guest opted for damage protection insurance and the type of plan that was selected.
