Quiet, comfortable, private, and fully appointed, my home is used only for my short, mid to long term rental guests, and includes all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway, productive work trip, or anything in between. I lovingly restored this 101-year-old house from the studs up a few years ago. In its past history it was a duplex, a SFH, a storage area for a nearby home supply shop, to what I redesigned into a comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home. It was rented out for a few years before I decided to give furnished rentals a try as a host since I had had great experiences being a guest in similar spaces myself while traveling all over the world.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the Study with a bed, this home can comfortably sleep 7 in beds with room for additional guests if needed. The home includes one master bedroom suite with a queen bed and full bath as well as two guest rooms that share an additional full bath. Master Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with provision for a floor twin-sized spring mattress, or Air bed - available upon request. Guest room #2 has a twin bed with an additional twin-sized mattress available upon request. Guest room #3 has a Queen-sized bed. Bedroom#3 has been newly carpeted, while the other 2 bedrooms have original-to the-house hardwood floors. There is provision for a twin bed in the Study which is not to be slept in unless agreed upon prior to the booking.

It is the perfect location to spend a weekend away, visiting museums, attending a TCU event, or just visiting Fort Worth!

There is a Video Doorbell on the exterior door frame of the front entrance door; a sticker on top of it also informs everyone of that.
There are also 3 exterior video cameras -2 exterior ones cover the front and backyard, and 1 exterior one covers the inaccessible side of the house leading to the under-construction Studio.
