Shared amenities include a bayside outdoor pool, a bayside sandy beach, an indoor pool, a fitness center, walking trails, a crabbing pier, a community convenience store, and a marina.

When you step inside this darling, air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The beautifully decorated living room provides you with a wonderful gathering spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Curl up comfortably on the sofas and watch a fun show on the TV with cable, or step outside on the balcony and delight yourself with stunning views of the water feature and interactive fountain. When mealtime comes around, prepare a memorable homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.

All three spacious bedrooms have brand-new carpeting. The primary suite boasts access to the balcony, a TV, and a large spa-like en suite bath with a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and an elevator to access the condo.

A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
