Downtown Spacious 3-Bedroom Townhouse just a short walk to the O.C. South Beach & Boardwalk, private 2 car garage, 2 private balconies with views of bay-side sunsets! Sunset Palms 1 is a spacious, multi-level, three-bedroom, two and a half-bath townhouse with a ground level den and two-car garage in downtown South Beach Ocean City. Located on the bay side of 7th Street, it's a quick walk to the OC boardwalk, inlet and expansive downtown area. It is also close to a variety of restaurants and shops in both downtown Ocean City and West Ocean City, and just a fifteen-minute drive to Assateague Island! This well-cared for town home with hardwood floors and numerous windows (allowing for plentiful natural light) is ideal for a week's stay. The second level open-floor plan allows for easy conversation between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast island with bar stools. This level also has a convenient half-bath and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Two decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors avail you of extra space to relax outdoors in the mornings and evenings, plus a peek at the bay and sunset hues. The owner provides smart TVs in the den, living area and primary bedroom, plus high-speed internet to keep you connected while vacationing. Accommodating up to ten guests, the ground level has two twin beds, and a full-size bed and the third level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The main suite includes 1 king size bed, private balcony, and attached full bath. The additional two bedrooms on the third floor each have a queen bed with access to a shared full-size hall bathroom. Note the fireplace is not for guests use. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the townhouse on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season. Nice inside and out. Decks wrap around. Only a few minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and close to the bay for sunsets. Would stay there again!

Just okay.

Checkin process was fine. Arrived at rental to find a large hole in the kitchen ceiling that leaked each time the master shower was used which was directly located above the kitchen stove. It took 4 days for management to acknowledge the calls and e-mails. Then we had a plumber in the rental for most of the day on Thursday to fix the leak (but the hole was left) so we decided to leave for a bike ride only to find the door was left unlocked after the plumber left for the day. Home was neatly kept but the bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived - toilet seats were still dirty. The rental is not located 600 steps from the beach….. that’s a stretch.

Wonderful family vacation & perfect location!

The townhome was big and clean! It was perfect for my family of 4! We had more than enough space, and the location was perfect! 3 short blocks from the boardwalk & beach, and plenty of attractions (food, games, shops, amusement rides). I highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice!

Very good use of space! There were only 4 of us, but we could easily have been comfortable with 4 more. Great location if you have teenagers or if you enjoy the boardwalk. Easy access to the beach, shopping, activities, etc…We will stay again.

Great stay

We had such a great time and loved this house. Everything worked as listed. House was stocked with games, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies etc. Bathrooms did not have bath mats (also not listed to bring). We were made aware one week prior to our stay you have to go to 60th street to "check in". Which consisted of just checking my ID. The only improvement I would suggest is offering online check in to prevent adding to renters travel. We hope to stay here again!

Great house but could use a few more TVs

The house is lovely. Plenty of space and easy walking to everything. The garage parking is nice but it's a tight fit (especially if there is a car double parked in the alley). No garage closer so you either have to close it and then run under the door or go out the front and walk around. The house could use a TV in the other 2 bedrooms. The master has one and the den has one plus there is a large one in the main area. Also, just a suggestion - the other 2 rooms have queen beds - ok if you have small kids or a couple but it'd be better if you put 2 twins, twin/full bunk to offer more sleeping options. The queen is tight for 2 16 yo boys - luckily they did not mind using the couch. Overall, great home.

Family Week

The home was fantastic, very clean. the kitchen had everything you need to cook, all the appliances were modern and the four bedrooms with two full baths were amazing for a family four. The home was very spacious and the wi-fi was strong. The location was ideal: 2-3 blocks from the boardwalk & beach, two blocks from a park and within walking distance from restaurants, convenience stores and a CVS. I would highly recommend this home and would 100% rent this home again next time I stay in OCMD.

Great stay

Excellent accommodations. Very nice. WiFi seemed weak at times could have been related to weather or a fluke. Lots of steps but no problem for our group. Kitchen had everything you could need for dining in. Very nice stay.
