The kitchen has French doors to a deck overlooking the golf course and views of Powder's James Peak.  A main floor bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large Roku TV. Make sure to purchase tickets online in advance for our ski resorts, especially at Powder Mountain as they limit day tickets and the price increases with time. Full season passes are still available and you'll need one to ski at Powder on the weekends in February. Night skiing is an affordable option for just $19 at Powder! Again, purchase online in advance as they sell out Night Skiing often. Reid Hastings, the co-founder of Netflix, purchased Powder and is offering an amazing uncrowded experience by limiting tickets and offering home owners private lifts.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
