The guest will have access to the condominium's common use pool and gym. The gym operates 24 hours. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The use of the barbecue grill, party room, and gourmet area is only available upon prior notice and payment of an extra condominium fee for its use.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
