The whole group will enjoy this newly renovated, cozy, and inviting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home centrally located in Beverly Hills, Florida.
Easy access to everything! Short drive to Rainbow Springs, Crystal River, Inverness, and Dunnellon. Whether you enjoy scalloping, boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming with the manatees, or just relaxing - There is something for everyone. Bring up to 6 guests!
Other things to note:
**Pets are allowed with approval and pet fee
**No smoking or vaping inside home
** Stays 2-3 weeks will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
** Stays longer will be charged a $300 cleaning fee
** Bookings 30 day or longer are non - refundable
The space:
Cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath home with screened in back porch and yard.
* Guests will have access to entire home and yard.
* 2 Spacious Bedrooms w/ 2 Queen Beds
* 2 Full Bathrooms
* 1 Additional Queen Pull-Out Sofa

* Back yard with outdoor seating
* Laundry Room (with provided laundry soap)

In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
