Just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and The Island, you’ll enjoy quiet relaxation while staying close to top attractions, shops, and restaurants — the perfect mix of serenity and convenience in the Smoky Mountains.

Please note, given the cabin’s mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging roads as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel.

Additionally, our cabin is located in a wooded mountain area, so it’s possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects such as beetles, ants, flies, bees, hornets, or other native bugs — especially during warmer months. While we maintain regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. We appreciate your understanding! 🌲

This cabin is located on a steep mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.

𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Personal Vehicle:
Driving your own vehicle remains the most flexible and efficient way to explore Sevierville and the surrounding areas, including Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This allows you to visit local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor spots at your own convenience.

Rental Car:
If you don’t have a personal car with you, consider renting a vehicle. There are several car rental agencies in Sevierville and at the nearby airports. This will give you the freedom to travel throughout the Smoky Mountains region on your schedule.

Trolley Service:
The Sevierville Trolley Service is a great, cost-effective way to travel around town. It connects to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg trolley systems, making it easy to explore the wider area without needing to drive.

Taxi Services:
Local taxi services are available for direct routes to your destination. They can be easily booked over the phone or through their respective websites.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber and Lyft operate in the area, offering convenient and typically cost-effective rides. These services are particularly useful during busy tourist seasons when parking can be challenging near major attractions.

When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

Pet Policy: Dogs only (max 65 lbs, $75 per pet). Pit bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and most Terriers restricted. Pre-approval required.

Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
