This property comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guest. All accommodations are on the same floor so no stairs required. You may choose to take the elevator or the stairs to reach the forth floor. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

This condo unit was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The pictures did not do it justice. The building and the parking garage were secured, and the neighborhood was safe. The building has 5 floors of condos, but it was as if it was empty because we never heard anyone. The balcony had a nice view. We'd stay here again!

Family getaway

This property was in the perfect downtown location. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the condo balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. We walked to the musical fountain shows, restaurants and even walked to the riverfront fireworks. We'll be back!

This property was beautiful and clean! It had everything that we needed and there were so many restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks! The beach is walkable but we chose to drive instead. I was amazed at how quiet the condo itself was, and it’s all locked so that felt very safe for sure. We both decided this might be the best place we’ve stayed!

Gorgeous

This place was gorgeous and I highly recommend. Beds were super comfortable and the furnishings were comfy/like home as well as very clean. Location is excellent as it is in the heart of downtown and across the street from the boardwalk. Hope to stay here again!

Great Location

Exactly as pictured and great location, especially with kids. We were able to come back in between exploring and take breaks as needed. Condo was great and well maintained! Would come back again.

Brilliant in all ways

The location was excellent and convenient to all things downtown. The unit was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked and well organized. We took advantage of the Roof Top deck to watch the wonderful Musical Fountain show. That was certainly a bonus. Check in instructions were easy to follow and were emailed in plenty of time to allow a worry free arrival. This was a first rate adventure!

Great Condo Great Location

Had a great stay! the condo is very spacious and most importantly very clean. Check in was easy. The owners really put a lot of thought into anticipating things you may need and adding small touches to make you feel at home. You can't beat the location! The water is a block away and the beach is a little further but walkable. It is right in the downtown area so super convenient to the shops and some restaurants. I was able to walk across the street for coffee in the morning. Every restaurant we went to was fantastic. Annas House for breakfast which was right around the corner, Toasted Pickle for lunch right down the block which had great sandwiches. We took a little car ride for dinner to the Unicorn which was also great! Although it wasn't on during our stay the musical fountain was right down the block. This was a perfect place to stay for our quick fall getaway.

The condo has year around events right outside my door. Heated side walks are nice for walks in the winter months . Private Roof top is wonderful for sunsets, fireworks on holidays, and musical fountain light shows every night in the summer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Being in the heart of downtown for all the events and having the boardwalk to the light house right outside your door. The best is when you get tired and need a short break, the condo is right there!
You have your private gated parking because parking is not easy to find.
