Welcome to Hill House! A thoughtfully remodeled, unique, and spacious home in a central Coeur D'Alene location. We've lovingly updated our 3000 sq ft 70's rancher with a sprawling backyard in a mid century/ boho style full of natural light, plants, and inviting spaces. We are kid and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard! Located less than 10 minutes from downtown CDA, 5 min from Spokane river/beach access and parks, golf, restaurants, in a quiet, established, tree filled neighborhood. We’ve been a guest favorite on the “other” short term rental platform for 3 years with a 4.95 star average review!
The Hill House is the perfect family friendly home base for your stay in CDA! Come relax, make yourself at home, and get to know our sweet little town! There is SO much to do. Or pull out a puzzle or board game and cozy up at home. We’ve got the necessary baby/kid things available for your use, a pack-n-play and high chair. We also provide some beach towels, blanket and beach umbrella for guest use.

Our kitchen is well appointed with a 48" Viking range and every tool you need to craft and serve a home cooked meal! Collect some fresh eggs from our girls and enjoy breakfast and your morning coffee on the sunny patio or fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco at the large outdoor table.

We fit 10 people most comfortably, but can accommodate more if you need. Like kids sharing the bottom full size bunks, or using the futon or sofa. Just let us know if you’re planning to bring more than 10. Just keep in mind there are only 2 bathrooms, both on the main floor.
