Nueva cabaña frente al mar ubicada en la hermosa isla Harstine con acceso a la playa de 30 pies. desde la puerta principal y una vista panorámica impresionante del sonido de Puget, el monte. La isla de Rainier y Mcmicken. Disfrute de un colorido amanecer desde la cama en el dormitorio tipo loft o desde la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño de arriba. Bajando las escaleras, puede disfrutar de la vista desde el comedor y las salas de estar o desde el jardín delantero al aire fresco salado. Te sorprenderá la visita de un águila volando a la caza del desayuno o una nutria de mar juguetona.

This was the most well kept property we have stayed at. The property inside and out was beautiful and relaxing! My kids enjoyed walking the shoreline and hanging out on the dock until dark!

Great spot for a beach front getaway

We enjoyed our stay here with the family on the beachfront! The views were wonderful, and access to McMicken Island at low tide was easy. The house had fun history on the walls and was kept clean and lovely.

While the house and surrounding scenery are beautiful and unmatched, the best part of our stay was the hospitality that Mike and Shelley extended to us! Thank you for sharing your canoe and bounty with us, we are still talking about how rested we felt and how much fun we had connecting with each other over conversation, cooking yummy seafood food at the house, and watching the wildlife from the beach. Lovely cottage with outstanding views

We had a terrific vist to Shelton and really enjoyed staying in this cottage on Harstine Island. The setting is serene and we saw lots of wildlife including deer, seals, a bald eagle and an otter. We will book again for a longer stay.

We had the best time!

We went with our 3 kids ages 7,10, and 13 and we had the most wonderful time. The property is stunning. Mike showed our kids how to dig for clams which were so yummy! He also showed us around and shared the history of the island on his boat. We will be back! Thank you!

Absolutely Phenomenal

This property is absolutely amazing! Myself, husband, 2 kiddos (4 & 6), and parents stayed for 3 nights. We did not want to leave! Being on the water was so picturesque and relaxing. The location is very remote and private. We brought 3 kayaks and were able to easily put in from the property and paddle around the gorgeous water. I highly recommend and we will be back in the future!

Once again we had a perfect stay. Mike is a gracious and generous host. Our kids and my folks love the place. We stayed for three nights (which I think is a minimum!) and loved the sunsets, the beach walks, the views of Mt Rainier, the clams, the perfectly manicured grass. We played catch, badminton, cornhole, bocce, cards, and we cooked and dined and conversed until late at night. We saw bald eagles and seals and blue herons and osprey. I strongly recommend staying here. And I strongly recommend reaching out to Mike, he'll make your stay even better :)

Mike & Shelley are the best hosts ever - so knowledgeable, fun, generous and focused on helping guests enjoy Harstine Island. Harstine is magical: full of wildlife, lots to watch, quiet and serene. No TV (there's cell & WiFi), no traffic; the cabin is nicely situated towards sunrise and glorious views of Mt Rainier and the water. Perfect for decompressing from our modern world while still offering modern conveniences. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. A wonderful paddle boarding spot. The best VRBO stay we've had - thank you, Mike & Shelley!!
