New Town Home-Sleeps 12- Multiple available-#10

Stay in a new townhome in Page, Az with sweeping views of the Grand Canyon! Minutes away from Lake Powell, Horse Shoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. There are four townhomes available to rent, each sleep 12 people comfortably. All furnishings are new and comfortable. The townhomes are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you prefer dining out, they are close to restaurants or if you prefer cooking at home, each unit comes with any amenity you could need. Welcome to your home away from home!

The master bedroom has a TV along with the Queen guest room.

Their is a 75inch TV in the great room .

High speed internet.

All of the unit is accessible including the garage.
1. Please take out all trash and put into the dumpster.
2. Please load all dishes used in the dish washer and start it before leaving , hand wash large items.
4. Please pull all linens used and towels and place in front of washing machine upstairs.
5. Lock back door and front door #
6. NO BOAT PARKING OR LOADING IN FRONT OF UNITS

Modern, clean, exactly as described. Owner was easily accessible if needed and even checked to make sure we made it in ok after our late night check-in. Only 4 miles away from Horsehoe bend. Very close to Lower Antelope Canyon. Don’t miss the amazing view from this windows.

This is the second time we've stayed at this townhome & it's been great both times. Very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our whole family & even space for friends to join us for dinner as it's nearby the Hyatt hotel. The best is it's a quick trip to Antelope Point Marina at Lake Powell.

Amazing Stay !!!! Perfect for Our Annual Trip!Our company does an annual Lake Powell trip, and this was by far the best VRBO experience we've had! We stayed in these townhouses for 2 nights 3 days before heading to the houseboats, and they were absolutely perfect.The homes were clean, spacious, and well-designed with big open areas that made it easy for our group to relax and enjoy. The long-term neighbors nearby were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great vibe.The location is excellent super convenient and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, always quick to answer any questions.The fact that the units are right next to each other worked out perfectly for our group. We’ve already decided that we’ll be booking these townhouses every year from now on. Highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Page or Lake Powell!

Excellent quality

We stayed at this location for a few days while boating at Lake Powell and were really pleased with the quality of the furnishings and bedding. So often, vacation rentals feel bare-bones or a bit worn, but this place was the opposite. The owners clearly have an eye for quality and have gone above and beyond to provide thoughtful touches and plenty of extras.

Great place

Place was great, clean. Recommendation,Maybe have a handyman go through and tighten things. Master toilet seat was not tight and kept moving. Shower handle was loose.Kitchen cabinet was loose and didn’t close. Minor things. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay and convenient to get to the lake.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here as we prepared for a trip out to Lake Powell. The space is new, fresh and easily accessible to all of the great recreation in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our teens (14 and 17). It was the perfect layout with all the amenities. Perfect location for everything we were here to see. Owner was very timely in response to questions. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

Happy Page Get Away

From the beautiful local pictures hanging on the wall to the wonderful beds and accommodations in the three bedrooms this is a gorgeous place to stay in Page, Arizona. We loved the washer and dryer and all the kitchen accessories. You can tell this property is new! I would definitely stay here again. The price was fair. The cleaning assignment was not too much. And it was easy to work with the host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!!!

We stay in vacation rentals often, and this one tops the list as our best yet. They thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We do all of our own cooking, so I always get nervous when traveling, because not all kitchens are stocked well with what I need. This kitchen was obviously stocked by someone who also does a lot of cooking, as it had everything to make meals a breeze. The beds and bedding were also high quality and very comfortable. In addition to the cleanliness and great location, and a very responsive host, this is definitely a 5 start stay!

Antelope Ultra race

Perfect location for access to race start and finish line. Condo was clean, everything is new. Beds were comfortable, nice kitchen to fix meals in. Great variety of pots, pans, baking dishes, plenty of silverware, glassware. Nice large dining table. Owner quickly responds to any questions or concerns. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and any outdoor activities of interest in Page area would stay here again.
