¡Te encantará nuestro hogar! ¡Es justo lo que tú y tu familia necesitan! Cuando ingrese por primera vez a la casa, encontrará una habitación (cama queen) con baño a su izquierda y luego otra habitación con dos camas individuales al lado. Si miras hacia la izquierda, verás la puerta del garaje (la hemos convertido en una sala de juegos). Mientras camina, encontrará otra habitación con 2 camas individuales y otro baño en el pasillo que da al lavadero. Una vez que sigas caminando hacia la casa encontrarás la sala de estar a la izquierda y la cocina a la derecha, el área de comedor sigue. A la esquina izquierda encontrará la habitación principal (cama de matrimonio) con baño de 5 piezas y su armario. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal incluyen puertas de entrada a la piscina climatizada y a la bañera de hidromasaje. En el exterior encontrará una mesa para 6 personas y un baño adicional. En el garaje tenemos una mesa de pool / air hockey, así como flotadores de piscina, sombrilla de playa y parrilla.

The description was perfect the walk through video they have is accurate. It comes with everything you could think of even extras for the beach. We didn’t have any problems checking in or with the amenities.

Thanksgiving break family vacation

The house was in a nice location where you can get to all the Disney parks and Disney springs within 20 minutes. It was not hard to find and the house was nice and cozy. I would stay here again in the future.

great experience

Gated community a plus. Great house with plenty of room for the family. Jacuzzi and pool were awesome. Tv's in every room helped keep all ages satisfied. Game room satisfied the kids needs. Grill near the pool was perfect for eating convenience. dvds and games helped when it rained. What a great experience. will definitely rent this house again Teresa Wilke

We stay at this home which seemed to be nice. We stayed Dec 30th and Left early on the 3rd of january 2024. The house seem a bit cold when we arrived but didnt think much the first day. The second day when we woke up house was around 65 degress. We immediately notified the managing

Dream home

Thank you for letting my family stay at your house. From the moment we stepped in we knew that this was the best choice. The house has plenty for room for the whole family. The master bedroom is just gorgeous and spacious. I especially loved the walk in shower and garden tub, great for soaking after long days at the parks. My family LOVED the heated pool and hot tub. Every corner of this house is set up well. The pool table, air hockey and basketball shooting game in the game room makes for great rainy day fun. If there is anything you need the property manager and maintenance is on top of things. We highly recommend this home. The only problem we encounter was we had to leave and go back home.

Spacious Well Equipped home.

Rented for a family vacation after Christmas. Only real issue we had was we requested pool and spa heat and it did not get turned on until two days before we left but I do not believe this to be any fault of the owner. I believe the management on site company did not do was they were told or were unfamiliar with how to work the controls for the heater. The owner was apologetic and refunded our entire fee for heat even though we did have technically 2 days of it. We were very appreciative and feel that she did not have to do this but did for our trouble. The layout of the home we really liked. Single story. Large main living room/dining room/kitchen area was the focal point. Large master suite in rear to separate from rest of home for privacy is a nice touch. The kitchen. Was very well stocked and equipped. Even had some condiments and shelf stable food as well as coffee. Basic starter pack of cleaning supplies. Newer living room furniture as well as kitchen refrigerator. Very comfortable bar area. Overall, we were very happy with the home and the ownership. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises

Check in process was great.as far as cleanliness it was ok we found stuff from other people prior up under the beds and master suite tub was dirty and not jetted.a/c unit froze up on day 3 of being there.pool and hot tub is suppose to be heated it was not called on this several times and yes she sent maintaince but they never fixed anything.temp never broke 85 even when real feel was 105 outside.garage is infested with flies.

Great community

My family of four really enjoyed the property! We only wish we could've used the pool more (a couple days of our trip were too chilly; even though the pool heater worked very well, the outside air was just not warm enough). The house came with the necessities (bar soap, shampoo, lotion, plenty of towels, kitchen ware, etc). It would have been nice to have had a little dishsoap/dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent on hand, but not a huge deal. Beach/pool towels, beach toys, a cooler and beach chairs were also unexpected bonuses! The gameroom was a bonus for our 6 & 9 year old boys (the games are not really geared towards adults, which was fine for us but worth noting if you're only traveling with adults). The house was in good condition and the gated community was a huge bonus. It was more house than we needed with 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and 3 bathrooms, but we booked because we knew we wanted a place with a heard pool and this property delivered on that! Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Overall experience

The sliding glass door was off the hinges making entry to the pool area difficult. The microwave was not working, this was very inconvenient. Otherwise the house was clean and comfortable. We left a day early.

AMAZING STAY

The property was clean and met all of our expectations. I LOVE THE FACT that it was a GATED community and the Pool was a plus for the kids. Disney Theme Parks were within minutes same as for restaurants etc. I had an issue the first day but was fixed immediately. The AC was a bit of an issue the last days at night it got hot but other than that I would totally recommend this property for your next trip. I would definitely rent it again in future.

Okay with some set backs

Upon our arrival we were surprised to see the cleaning lady there after check in time, this was not what we were expecting after driving so long and being very tired. Cleaning lady informed us that she was not made aware til the day we were set too arrive. This was our first disappointment, second the pool table that was supposed to be for adults was for kids only and was missing balls, which was useless to use, pool was not cleaned, garbage from previous renters was not left out for pick up so this cause more garbage to be left out in the heat for 2 more weeks which became infested with tons of flies, and maggots which me and my husband had to get contractors bags to put garbage bags into until garbage was set to be picked up not what we should be doing on our vacation not pleasing at all, the screens to the pool area have been ripped so everyday we where Infested with flies, and the Jacuzzi work every few days. I would end this by saying I will probably not rent this home again. I have rented much better homes for less. Sorry Tina..have to be honest about our experience.

Great property

We booked this property for a family getaway also because it was close to Sea World and allowed pets. We got there about 20 minutes after checkin time and the cleaning crew was still working. The description on the website is almost perfect except there aren't two rooms with twin beds. There is the master with a king ( the room is amazing) two rooms with queens and a fourth room with two twins. The room with two twin beds has a tv but doesn't get cable. Also the ceiling fan didn't work. The pool and hot tub was nice but took a little while to figure out. When we got there a couple of the screens around the pool area were either ripped or needs to be replaced, which let alot of bugs and flys in. We notified the owner and she had a maintenance guy come out and replace, the next day. The grill and extra bathroom by the pool is a nice touch. There is a Publix about a mile down the road and a Walmart about five miles down the road. The house is about 30 mins from all the amusement parks and 45 mins from Orlando airport. The gated community is very secure and quiet. Except for a couple issues, in which the owner had fixed quickly; we had a great time. We had 8 people in the house and never felt crowed. The only thing that you will need is extra paper towels , toilet paper and trash bags. I definitely recommend this property.

Great getaway with the pets

We had a great getaway with our two small dogs in this beautiful house with a private pool in a quiet gated community. Couldn't have asked for more. If it's cold out or you like pool water warm it's well worth having the pool heat on. Thank you, Kjspon

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved this house and gated neighborhood. Tons of room for our family! Pool was great for all. Loved being able to wash our laundry during our stay(bring your own detergent). All the bathrooms were wonderful for all of us and never fought over who got the bathroom. The 1/2 bath by the pool was awesome. Only suggestion would be to bring ur own paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc as there was no extra. Sufficient amount of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfy. We all slept great. Definitely would stay here again,

Just what we needed!

This property was a great option for what we needed, including our fur babies! The owner, manager and maintenance team were very responsive and ensured we were satisfied. Our intent was to have a "staycation" and it worked perfectly. The property has the basic necessities; however, come prepared with soap, detergents (kitchen & laundry), toiletries, etc... The gated neighborhood was quiet and very well located (close to retail, restaurants and highways). I would definitely consider returning to this property in the future. Thank you!

Great vacation home

Thank you for allowing us to rent your vacation home. The home is jn a great location the neighbors are friendly. The home was clean but there were a few things missed. The grill was not covered and upon inspection it was dirty also. The hot tub and pool was our main reason for renting the home but once we checked in and requested to pay the fee to heat the pool and hot tub we were informed the jets to the hot tub were broke. They heated the pool free of charge for the inconvenience which was nice. Be sure to bring your supplies as there was nothing there aside from the 1st roll of tissue paper towels and hand soap. Which we always bring our own. The communication with management was great and we would definitely rent again for an extended stay and I 100% reccomend renting this beautiful home.

Perfect house for our family vacation

Words are not enough to express how happy we are that we booked this house for our family vacation. The owner had been nothing short of amazing from the very beginning all the way to the end. She replied instantly to our emails and answered every question and concern we had. The house was just perfect for our big family. It is located in a gated community which made us feel even safer. The location is very close to Disney parks, Universal parks and Walmart. The house is huge and clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is big and there are lots of full bathrooms. It also included all things you could possibly need. From silverwares, towels, blowdryers, hair straighteners, you name it they have it. We have nothing bad to say about this place. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. No doubt we will definitely book this place again on our next trip to Florida.

Quick getaway

Very nice house in excellent neighborhood. Property was clean was fully stocked and well maintained. Only had issue with hot tub, due to mechanical issue but owner refunded the daily rate to heat the hot tub. Definitely would stay in this property again.
