Welcome to Windsor Townhomes #3! Once you enter this beautifully decorated oasis…your vacation begins. This townhome has been created to meet your every need. The location is perfect; just three short blocks from Duval Street and tucked away on a quiet lane so you can choose your level of activity. The over 1700 square foot townhome is easily accessible to the action of Duval, and yet private and quiet for those wanting peace and tranquility.

Windsor Townhomes #3 consists of three ensuite bedrooms, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and a generous dining room and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a granite counter and bar top for prepping. Morning coffee may be made using the Keurig or the regular drip coffee maker. The openness of the family room, dining room, and kitchen offers a fantastic space for family and friends to gather before and after experiencing the wide array of activities offered in Key West.

Of course, this property comes equipped with great outdoor space that includes a private dipping pool. There is also a gas grill and outdoor dining table on your private deck. The Palms at Windsor truly has everything a group or family needs to enjoy a memorable vacation in Key West.

Entering the second floor main bedroom, you will be greeted by a stately king bed and seating area that includes a pull out sofa. The ensuite bathroom is richly appointed with a tiled shower and a dual sink vanity. The additional second floor bedroom includes another king bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and private balcony. The first floor bedroom contains two twin beds and has a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom comes with a large flat panel TV and iPhone chargers.

The family room has a flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD to enjoy your own streaming video services. The laundry room with new washer and dryer is on the first floor. The townhome has central air conditioning and heat.

Family spring break

The house was in a good location to walk to stores and restaurants. It was clean and in good condition. Only negative is the pool is hard to keep clean because of all the foliage Im the backyard. We ended up not using the pool.

Beautiful townhome close to everything. Close enough to walk to Duval street but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. Very well appointed with nice high end kitchen and baths. We fully enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

Fantastic House

The house was extremely comfortable, it had 3 great sized bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The townhouse has a short golf cart ride to Duval, and an assigned parking spot for the townhouse. My son and daughter in law stayed in the primary bedroom and raved about how comfortable the mattress was, and they’re pretty particular. The property and grounds are all well maintained. An added bonus was there is a minimart grocery store in very close walking distance. I would definitely stay ant this townhouse again and again.

Perfect house for Key West visit

This was a great house for our stay! We've been to Key West multiple times and this was by far the best location we've stayed in. The house was perfect for our group - we had 6 adults - 2 that were couples and 2 singles, so the bed configuration was great. The rooms were very spacious and all had private, nice full bathrooms attached to them. The kitchen and living room had plenty of seating for us to hang out and chill in, along with a great patio/pool in the backyard. The pool was a little smaller than we expected, but it still was sufficient to cool off in after a long day of walking around. The location to Duval and all the restaurants/shops/bars is ideal - we were able to walk everywhere we went (other than the airport!), so no car or uber's were needed. Check in and check out was super quick and easy and everything was exactly as described. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Beautiful condo, however it needs a deep cleaning and some items were in need of repair. High end finishes that make for a very nice stay, but were dusty or dirty such as bathroom fixtures, broken refrigerator door. Small items needed fixing such as lamp shade, blinds missing a wand, dishwasher wheel missing ,broken alarm clock, dead battery in remote. And other things.

Just stayed here with a group of friends during Fantasy Fest, 6 of us total. This was the perfect house. Walking distance to Duval street. We did Uber a few times to Mallory Square area and walk back, as it’s a little far walking both ways, Uber picks up in about a minute at the house and only about a $12 charge for Uber xl. House very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the outdoor area and pool, it was our little oasis to chill after spending the day out in Key West. Cuban breakfast place a few blocks down on Truman is excellent.

Very nice accommodations. There were 6 of us, and we all enjoyed our stay. The pool was restful after a day of walking. You can walk everywhere in Key West. Glad we came.

A great find!!

Loved, loved, loved this place!! I traveled with our family of 5, my husband, and kids ranging from 16 - 21, and everyone found this place to be perfect!! It was our first time to the Keys so really had no idea what to expect, but we were so happy to find this place was centrally located to all of the hot spots on the island. It was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to be more than comfortable! We loved our little pool in the back, which was a saving grace to cool off every afternoon. It was very clean and so easy to get ahold of the property managers, who we really didn't need except to find the propane for the grill, but they were just a phone call away and helped us immediately!! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone's next Key's adventure!!

Great location, close to everything, yet quiet

Great Key West townhome with lovely private yard and small pool. Was excellent for our party of 6 - a private bed and bath for each couple. Walkable to Duval Street (.08 mile away) but far enough away to escape the noise. My only issue was the lack of drinking glasses. Some of the pans and pots were a little worn out.

Very clean, conveniently located property in quiet area. Heated pool and table and chairs for outside eating on surrounding deck. Check in was easy and they even got us in a little early! Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with plenty of towels, shampoo and hair dryers. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Would book again. Only small issue is king beds have lumps.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, in walking distance and/or bike ride to restaurants, beaches, and the marina. The management company was very responsive and helpful during the planning and during our stay.
