Find your serenity in this stylish and cheery townhome, just a short distance away from the stunning beaches of Key West and all the fun on Duval St. This tropical refuge hosts the right amount of southern hospitality to wash away your real world worries.

DETAILS & AMENITIES...
Step in to find this sweet surprise of nautical decor with comfortable furnishings in a fun-loving space infused with natural lighting all around. This cheery space greets you with a cozy sectional surrounding a flat screen TV to gather around for lazy evenings together. A fully equipped kitchen allows for seamless meal prep that can be enjoyed around the dining table for 6. Open the large sliders to take advantage of this incredible indoor/outdoor space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the 2nd level to find the primary suite with a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a shower and double sink vanity. Just down the hall is a room with 2 twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the great room for additional sleeping arrangements with the convenience of a powder room steps away.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Indulge in your private island oasis out on the back pool deck as you catch some rays and enjoy the sweet breeze. Rinse off the day in the refreshing private pool (comes heated in the cooler months) and enjoy a good book out on the covered porch with seating. A gas grill, wet bar and outdoor shower complete your tranquil escape.

PARKING...
Although perfectly located within walking distance of most everything, this home comes with a parking spot for those wanting to head out for a scenic drive.

PETS...
Dogs are permitted and a pet fee is required.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. Fantastic location and great pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in an excellent location (close to Duval, the beach and pickleball courts) and the layout is perfect for 2 couples. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay with the backyard being inviting and private. The general condition of the home was the only disappointing thing. The house could use an update in many of the rooms.

It is not as nice as photographs suggest.Back pool area had a pungent foul odor.There are two electrical outlets next to sinks in master bathroom. One is not grounded. The other is grounded and there is burn residue on it.
This is the electrical outlet next to one of the bathroom sinks - too frightening to use. Electrical outlet next to the other sink is not grounded.

It was an extremely easy process from booking, check-in, and check-out. The management company was great with quick communication and the concierge was very helpful. The location of the house was perfect for walking to Duval Street area and we felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice House with a Private Pool!

My wife and I really liked this house. Full privacy in backyard with a pool. Nice kitchen. Master Bedroom was nice. We would stay here again. A little on the pricey side.

Amazing little house

Cute little house close to everything! We enjoyed walking everywhere because of the location of the property. The pool was a hit with my teenage daughter and her friend! We would definitely book again!

Great location

property was as described. Zero issues, great pool, private backyard, downstairs living area opens up with sliding doors to the pool area creating a great indoor/outdoor experience. Cuban stand around the corner for morning coffee. A couple of blocks from the southern waterfront, lighthouse, Hemmingway house and .8 miles walking to the Marina and other waterfront. Easy as summer morning. Would 100% rebook.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Nice place. A few issues need to be addressed. The towels and wash rags supplied were old, hard and discolored. New, softer ones would be nice. The safe in the closet didn't work. In the master bedroom, the AC vents or something in the ducts rattled and we didn't sleep well. In the downstairs half bathroom, the cold water didn't work and the toilet handle is not working. Since you asked, for what we paid I think the place could use a "freshening up".

Island oasis needs a few tweaks

Overall the property was lovely and as advertised. A few tweaks would greatly enhance the experience. Second bedroom needs more light and both bedrooms could use more pillows. The back patio cabinet doors should be secured with latches because when it’s breezy at night they continuously slam open and shut. Quite noisy! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
