Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card, and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has been caused to the property.

Compliance with the house rules described here is an essential condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance with the above-mentioned rules may result in penalties, including withholding amounts from the security deposit.
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and tranquility must be respected at all times.

Spa and Hot Tub:
The spa and sauna are accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the spa and sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.
Smoking:
Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be charged for smoking indoors. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. Non-compliance will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets:
Pets allowed (2 max) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets are guaranteed allergen-free. Pets must refrain from being on furniture.
Noise and Neighborhood:
Please note the importance of keeping quiet and respecting the neighborhood after 10 PM. We reserve the right to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
Visitors:
Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as indicated in the price.
Damage and Breakage:
Report all damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Non-compliance may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To prevent damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
Compliance:
The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents.
Please note: Our beds are set for 8 people. However, we can provide 2 additional rollaway beds upon request to accommodate a total of 12 people. To guarantee their availability, please inform us of your need for rollaway beds when making your reservation.
