The most spacious of Chalets Zenya, Chalet Golden Bear is a majestic log cabin located within the prestigious Fiddler Lake Resort, just outside of Morin Heights, in the Saint-Sauveur Valley. The chalet is situated on a large private wooded lot, covering more than 70,000 square feet. Sheltered from neighbours and prying eyes, you will be assured of finding tranquility and intimacy to fully enjoy your vacation!



The Space:

Relax in complete serenity with our spa and outdoor dry sauna (available year-round) and numerous nearby activities. Please note that the heated outdoor inground pool is open from June 1st to the end of September.



This very spacious chalet features 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 indoor wood-burning fireplace. It can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. Other amenities such as satellite TV, unlimited high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, a pool table (convertible to a ping pong table), and a washer and dryer are also provided. An outdoor fire pit area with comfortable chairs for relaxation is accessible during three seasons.

New: Optional at the time of booking, you now have access to activities at the Fiddler Lake Resort Recreation Center, located a 5-10 minute walk from the chalet.

In winter: access to the outdoor skating rink, snowshoe rentals, and slides for children.

In summer: access to the heated outdoor pool at the Recreation Center (shared), the dock, and watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pedal boats), tennis courts, and outdoor games for children.

Chalet Golden Bear is the perfect place for receptions (weddings, anniversaries, etc.) and corporate events. The maximum total capacity is 72 people distributed among our 6 chalets (Chalet Golden Bear 16 places + Chalet Red Deer 12 places + Chalet Silver Fox 12 places + Chalet White Wolf 12 places + Chalet Blue Jay 12 places + Chalet White Rabbit 8 places, all located within a 5-10 minute walk). You will find on the first floor:



- A large contemporary-style living room with a wood-burning fireplace

- A very well-equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for cooking and/or sharing good times with family or friends

- The master bedroom with a King bed and its own full bathroom

- A large bedroom with a Queen bed and its own full bathroom

- A dining room with a large round table for 8 to 10 people, in a glassed-in rotunda

- Another dining room with a large square table for 16 people, convertible into a conference table, in a room fully surrounded by glass overlooking the surrounding forest

- Access to the outdoor wooden terrace with a BBQ and 2 large dining tables with benches



On the garden level, you will find:



- A large game room with a pool table convertible to a ping pong table

- A bar area with stools and a second refrigerator

- A relaxation lounge with satellite TV, home theater system, and sectional sofa

- 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed

- 1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed

- 1 office bedroom with a very comfortable Queen sofa bed

- A private bathroom with a shower

- Access to the garden level with the heated outdoor pool and its large fenced 800 square foot terrace, a 6-person spa, and an 8-person outdoor dry sauna, as well as a fire pit and relaxation area
