As the sun sets, gather around the propane firepit to share stories and marshmallows under the starlit sky on your private covered patio. Hungry? Fire up the propane BBQ and indulge in a mouthwatering outdoor feast with generous seating options for all your fellow travelers.
The outdoor fun continues with activities like cornhole to challenge your friends, or roll out your yoga mats for a serene session amidst the desert backdrop. Worried about your car? No need – we've got you covered with a convenient carport.

Getting Around:
The road is about a mile and a half down the dirt road, you do not need a four-wheel-drive car, just take it slow.
Other Things to Note:
◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: dirt roads, not capable of low riding cars.
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: Only 1 facing the driveway. none inside none in the back
Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
* Pet Fee is $100 per pet
- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
Note on Cowboy Pool: The cowboy pool is a seasonal amenity and is closed during the winter months to protect the pipes from freezing and bursting. Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.
◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
