Location: Be in the center of everything. Less than 2 miles from all the MANY shops and restaurants at Tanger Outlets and Pooler Parkway. Quick drive to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.

The Space:
First... location. You cannot pick a better area. Less than 1 mile off I-95 and less than two miles from all the shopping and restaurants at the Tanger Outlets. Everything you could ever need is just minutes away. Want to spend the day touring beautiful historic Savannah, get there in just minutes. Want to go to the beach, it is a easy drive to Tybee island. Enjoy all the amenities of Savannah but with the modern conveniences of all that Tanger offers including the largest IMAX in the USA. Want to play games.... check out the Fun Zone just down the road. The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood and includes a large half acre lot. There is parking for 3 vehicles on the property. Nearby are the Police Department and elementary school. Just yards away are a cute gazebo and bench.

Next, the house. The house has been completely renovated in 2024. The house has 5 bedrooms and an extra bonus kids room on the second level and even includes a dedicated game room! All the mattresses and furniture are new. All beds feature extra comfortable Olee or Zinus mattresses.

Kitchen/Dining Area: The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops and tons of prep space. There is a an electric stove top, microwave and oven. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a beautiful dining table that seats 10 guests comfortably. In addition, there is a separate dining nook for kids or additional guests to use. Watching a sports game? The kitchen is open to the living room where you can watch TV from the kitchen. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal.

Living Room: The living room includes a vaulted ceiling featuring a 65" smart TV two extra comfortable sofas, 4 chairs and a coffee table.

Main bedroom: The main bedroom area is huge and has a starfish theme. This room features a king bed, 55" smart TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, work station and ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom is themed with colors and features from the nearby beach. The main bathroom features a dual vanity sink and shower/tub combo.

Guest bedroom (1): This room with a seahorse theme features a queen bed, dresser and 43" smart TV.

Guest bedroom (2): This room with a sea turtle theme features a full size bed, dresser and 43" smart TV.

Guest bedroom (3): This room with a seashell theme features a full size bed, dresser and 43" smart TV.

Guest bedroom (4): This room with a tropical boho theme features two bunk beds (twin mattress), vanity, dresser and a 55 inch smart TV.

Upstairs kids room: This room features a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses and books/toys for younger kids to keep them busy all day.

Game room: This large vaulted room with a surfboard theme is dedicated to fun, featuring two arcade machines, basketball arcade, foosball, board games and card games. It also adjoins the back deck where the grill and fire pit are. On top of everything else, there is also a full size ping pong table in the garage.

Bathrooms: In addition to the master bathroom, there is a beautiful remodeled bathroom at the end of the hallway. This bathroom features a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. There is also a half bath off the kitchen.

Washer/Dryer: Included and located in the hallway bathroom.

Backyard: There is an extra large deck off the back of the house that is shaded by the large trees on the property. There are 8 Adirondack chairs to relax outside. There is also a four-burner gas grill and a propane fire pit to enjoy the great year- round weather.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a smart lock on the front door and check in instructions including the code to the door will be provided the day before check in.

Hey there! Just minutes from Tanger Outlets and Pooler Parkway, you’ll find tons of shopping and yummy dining spots. The Fun Zone is super close for family fun! Our cozy, safe neighborhood is perfect for chilling, and you can easily zip over to historic Savannah or Tybee Island for awesome day trips. Come enjoy the best of Pooler’s vibe and nearby charm!

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! This property is near major roadways, making it simple to explore Savannah. There's free parking on the premises for up to three vehicles. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is a short drive away, about 15 minutes. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available for travel to downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, and other attractions. The central location provides easy access to I-95.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for large parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or loud talking to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. Additional guests not included in the count must receive prior permission to come to the house.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke outdoors but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

*Lost & Found*
We know things can sometimes get left behind! If you realize you’ve forgotten something after checking out, just reach out to us. We’re happy to help search for your item and arrange shipping. There’s a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. Our cleaner will provide a receipt and handle payment directly. Let us know how we can assist!
