A peaceful country feel just 5 minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dune Entrance! Step inside this welcoming property and be greeted by a great living experience. With 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 king bed, and 1 full size Futon upstairs you will find comfort and relaxation in every corner. The cool living room, complete with a cozy futon, offers the perfect space to unwind with central AC after a day of riding the dunes. Our lot is HUGE and allows for all of your trailer parking needs (see photo). Kiddos that are too young to ride the dunes can enjoy the open yard… This is a new home to us and we are working on making updates and renovations to make it even better in 2025. Campfire wood is available at the front of the property. It's a local gentlemen's income please don't steal it.
We treat the basement like a basement, but for young kids or adults it's a perfect open space for additional air mattresses next to the full size futon. Bedding, towels, paper products, general kitchen products, and a grill is provided (bring propane in case we ran out).

Perfect spot with lots of space to go around. The space was really clean and the AC worked great. Our family reunion used this as base camp close to dunes, lakes, mini golf etc... Would 100% come back again.

Pet friendly spacious property space for parking was awesome fire pit great. A little pricey though. House needs a deep clean but it’s not disgusting or anything like that . Would rent again.

It was a good location and nice backyard. Unfortunately the linens were terrible and the place wasn’t very clean. There was also very little soap and t.p. and zero shampoo or conditioner. We had to put our own sheets on the beds and use our own towels. It’s time to invest a bit into the linens for sure!

Great spot to stay while visiting Silver Lake

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect, close to a variety of activities that kept our family entertained throughout our trip. The property was very clean, and the photos provided were accurate. One of the highlights was the wildlife sightings—we enjoyed seeing deer and turkey right from the property. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The only downside was the room with the king bed, which was right next to the living room and had glass French doors, making privacy an issue. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to enjoy the area!

Nice house by Silver Lake Sand Dunes

House was very clean and just a few miles to the dunes. Comfortable beds. Nice new air conditioning. House has only 1 bathroom - tough with more than 4 people. One bedroom is off the living room with no privacy as it only has full glass doors. Nice size living room with lots of seating and a huge dining room. Kitchen could use more pots and pan, utensils etc. When house is listed that it can sleep 8-10, but only has a few pots / pans, its hard to cook. Good stay overall.

Great location, could do better inside

The property when we arrived was super dirty, dead bugs and flys all over the sills inside. Fridge was pretty dirty to where we had to clean it ourselves. Couches had to be covered with our sheets cause they where pretty stained up and not something we wanted to sit on. Celing fan fell off on the bed right next to our 4 month old grandson.Very minimal anything inside. Reminded us of a hunting cabin. The property is in a great location, plenty of room for toys. Close to the dunes. We did enjoy our stay. The owner did give us a late check out at no extra charge. So all in all it was a nice stay but for the money per night they could offer a little more and up date the furniture and it would be great. The best part is the location. We only left this review because it has no reviews and we thought that was weird. But hope it helps.

This home worked perfectly for our family. Lots of parking, extremely close to the dunes, and not far from Mears/Hart. A great location! Home was clean, even though it was sparse. Just the bare necessities. A large TV in the living room. My only suggestion would be to have a lamp in the bedrooms.
