Jeffery was the most challenging guest I’ve ever hosted. He seemed determined to find reasons to complain and request a refund. When everything was fine, he still made up issues. For instance, upon arrival, his first complaint was about the hand towels. I provided two, but he insisted there should have been a third. Next, he claimed the place was extremely dirty, which was amusing since I had arranged for professional cleaning the day before and even took photos to prove it. When I asked him to send me pictures of the mess he mentioned, he conveniently claimed the app wouldn’t let him upload them. To make matters worse, he completely disregarded my house rules. I had one simple request: no shoes in the house. However, he and his guests walked around with their shoes on and left the place in disarray. Fortunately, I had a gut feeling this guest would be problematic, so I had already contacted Vrbo for guidance. I would not recommend hosting Jeffery. Avoid letting him stay at your property!
