The host was very accessible and accommodating. The property has urban style, minimalist decor, easily accessible, comfortable furnishings and very clean. Perfect place for a private hideaway or staycation. Definitely 5/5 and I plan to book again soon!

Everything was great from start to finish! Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to help our experience for the game be everything it should be for the kids first time.

Perfect Proximity

This was a lovely guest cottage super close to the Vystar Arena where our event was held. The host had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the coffee! He was super hospitable and immediately responded when we needed extra towels. We hope to stay again in the future!

Okay let me just say… this stay was everything. the place was spotless, super cozy, and honestly felt like home the second we walked in. And the bed?? unreal. like, dangerously comfy — I didn’t wanna leave . check-in was smooth, the hosts (husband & wife) were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. the neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and even with street parking I never once worried about my car. Overall just such a good experience — and if you’re thinking about booking, please do it. These hosts deserve all the love!

Chris was an amazing host. Anytime I’m in the area he will definitely be one I will be patronizing. It felt like I had a gatekeeper in real life because anyone that showed they asked them “how could they assist them”. That was warming to me to know they’re helping look out for your safety.

Exactly What We Needed

Traveling for a wedding in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville. We needed a comfy place to rest our heads in between wedding events and gathering with friends. This place is more affordable than the big hotels on the river, and the bed is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had a very good stay.

Rustic Modern Charm

If we are in town again , this is definitely a property we will choose again! It had everything we needed and Chris was so nice. We felt like we had a lot of space, it was quiet, close to places we wanted to go, very comfortable king size bed, and the upstairs bathroom is beautiful!

Cozy comfortable stay

This is my second stay here. Super comfy king size bed, living room, full kitchen and washer dryer in an adorable quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. Host is great and super helpful. Highly recommended.

Comfort, Convenience, and Charm

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jacksonville!

Quaint and absolutely perfect

I really enjoyed my stay here. Christopher was very hospitable and communicative. The property was easy to find. Christopher even offered to help me with my luggage upon arrival. The pictures do not do this place enough justice because it is so much nicer and cozier inside. Everything I needed was there and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a random little army of ants who tried to infiltrate my stay however Christopher immediately stopped by and not only took care of the ants but thoroughly cleaned the floors after he finished spraying. Whenever I come back in town and this property is available I would definitely love to stay again.
