Centrally located to everything Jacksonville has to offer. This is walk and bike friendly neighborhood that less than 1 mile from downtown Jacksonville with all kinds of fine dining, bars, breweries and coffee shops. A short bike ride to Jacksonville Jaguars game, concerts and many more.
The space
This is a completely renovated and well decorated bright and spacious single level 1 bedroom apartment. The front yard is professionally paved for the convenience of parking. Large living room has a smart TV and a comfy convertible couch that can sleep 2 guests comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard fridge, microwave and dishwasher can make you feel right at home while away from home. The bedroom has a queen size bed with brand new firm BeautyRest mattress and a smart TV. There is a large desk set up as a workstation in the bedroom. You'll love the brand new beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The high speed internet is great for streaming your favorite shows or working from home.
Guest access
Guess can access the entire apartment. plus the laundry facility in the complex.

Pet policy:
PETS are welcome to our vacation rental. There will be an additional $95 pet fee required for first dog and $25 for each additional dogs after first one. Our housekeeping need special cleaning procedures for our next guests after each pet check out.
Guest counts:
Our vacation rental standard guest counts vary for each property. Please review the listing description details regarding the additional guests fee. If you have any questions before or after booking, please send us a message or call host Mandy. We'd love to hear from you and answer all the questions you may have. Laundry:
We have a small laundry room on the back side of the building. It's shared with other 3 apartment guests. Please clean the dryer linens after each use. We love our guests to be friendly to each other.

We have 2 assigned free parking spaces for this apartment.
