Palabras clave: Excelente departamento de 80 metros cuadrados. completamente renovado y ubicado en un edificio histórico de 1600 también restaurado. La casa tiene dos plantas y consta de una sala de estar con TV vía satélite y WiFi, dos habitaciones amplias, un baño grande con ducha y una cocina pequeña pero totalmente equipada con microondas. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king size, mientras que el otro también puede tener dos camas individuales. También hay dos sofás cama. Max 6 personas. Sábanas y toallas incluidas. Cerca hay muchas tiendas de todo tipo, supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Estás a dos pasos de la plaza Navona, a dos minutos a pie de Campo de 'Fiori, San Pietro, Coliseo y muchos otros lugares para visitar. Este apartamento es ideal para aquellos que eligen estar en el corazón de la ciudad y desde allí visitar todos los monumentos y museos y experimentar la verdadera vida romana.

Desde el aeropuerto de Fiumicino puede tomar un taxi por 50/60 € y llegar a su domicilio en 45/60 minutos, o puede solicitar un automóvil con chofer con un precio que comienza en 50 euros a 90 euros, dependiendo de la cantidad de personas y entonces el tipo de auto o minibús debe.
Si prefiere tomar un tren, tiene dos posibilidades:
- Diríjase a la estación central de Termini, luego tome el autobús 64 hasta Piazza Argentina. A dos minutos a pie de allí a Via del Governo Vecchio.
- Dirección Estación Trastevere (más rápido), luego tome el tranvía 8 hasta el final de la línea en Piazza Argentina.
Desde el aeropuerto de Ciampino, tome el autobús hasta la estación de Termini o un taxi por 35/40 € y llegará a su casa en 45/60 minutos.

Ms. Patrizia was very accommodating and wonderful! She even arranged someone to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is in a very central location and it was easy to walk where we needed to go. There were two amazing restaurants, one right across from our door, Mimi Coco’s” and one diagonal from our door, “Mastrociccia”. There are also two fabulous gelato places, “Frigidarium” and “Chegelato” right down the street! And “Two sizes Tiramisu”!The stairs are a little steep but there is a sturdy rail to grab onto! I loved the cleanliness, the set up and the quaintness of the apartment. The street is a little noisy at night if you aren’t out in the nightlife, but I turned on the box fan noise on my phone and it worked fine drowning out the noise. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was the BEST!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. One note is that it is directly above a marijuana store that blasts musics until late at night. Otherwise, a fantastic experience.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your review. I am very sorry if the underlying stores have kept the volume of music loud and disturbing you, I will immediately provide a complaint to the managers. As for the shop that you say sells mariujana I assure you that it is legal herbs and is more at the level of herbal medicine than anything else.

Location, location, location! The apartment met my family needs, a place to stay in downtown Rome. It was a bit noisy at night even with the double glass window, but it was to be expected at this location. It has a microwave and refrigerator to store and warm up our leftover. We did not use the stove-range. Patrizia did an excellent job communicating with us and her son was waiting for us at the appartment at our arrival.

Great location! Great accommodations!

We traveled with my husband and I, our 2 year old and my sister. The accommodations was big enough to give us all space. The location is perfect. The building entrance puts you right on to a wonderful street right in the heart of Roma. Lots of amazing food, live music and wonderful shops right at your door step. This does mean the street is loud, but the double windows in the accommodations help to quiet the noise and everything quiets down after 2 am. But we never had any trouble sleeping. Patrizia arranged a car service to and from the airport and met us at the accommodations to shows us Everything. She was so helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location!

The location is fantastic if you enjoy being in the heart of all the activity and energy of Piazza Navona. You walk out the very cool door right onto an active off-shoot of the plaza with a couple of great restaurants/bars right in front of you. Your window looks down on one of them. It's a fun vibe, but as some have noted it is not quiet and these places go until about 2am. Mostly conversation and laughter, not super loud music so was manageable for us. Best option was to just eat there and enjoy the scene from the ground level! You will find people sitting on your doorstep as you enter and exit so if all this activity bothers you, not the place for you. It is an older place, so the furniture, floors, walls, bathroom are all old and have some wear, but it is priced accordingly. The stairs to the second floor are older and steep so I wouldn't bring my grandmother to this place either. Owners were nice and easy to work with and the AC worked great. The one thing I would suggest needs improvement is the bathroom. It could use a deep cleaning as there was mold on the walls and floor of the shower. We were only there a couple of nights so we just avoided touching it, but I would not want to use that bathroom for multiple showers. A bit of bleach and scrubbing throughout and it would be much better! Overall though, we really did enjoy the location so much and with some cleaning we would recommend it.

Great location in Rome!

Clean property. suggest eating out while you are there as only a small kichenette and no toaster. there are heaps of nice places to eat literally on your doorstep. The facilities are not modern but they suit the property with much charm and history. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay and would book again.

As the other reviews have stated, location is wonderful. Vibrant classic Rome street. Walking distance to all (we did Vatican and colosseum). Great air conditioning considering the recent heat wave. Highly recommended from our family of 5(kids: 13,10,8).

Great location!

This apt had an amazing location! On a quaint street with lots of restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from Piazza Navona. The apt is a little older looking than in the pictures, but was perfect for our family of 4. A small bar across the street can be a little noisy up until 10, but double windows keeps the noise to a minimum. Patrizia was very kind and helpful, we would definitely stay again. Such a lovely area!!

Great location

The apartment has a great location, only 2 min away from Piazza Navona and 15 min from Vatican. It is on a lively little street with lots of restaurants, but the dual pane windows keep the noise out. The apartment does need an upgrade. The kitchen is small but OK for a few days. It has a small electric stove with one working burner. The bathroom has a small boiler that makes it problematic if 4 people want to take a shower. Only 2 will get really hot water. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. Good closet space. The apartment has a steep stair case to go from the living room to the bedrooms. The living-room doesn't have windows and hence it's not well ventilated and gets smelly. The owner was nice, and arranged for a car to have us picked up from the airport, which was very helpful. Overall it was a good value for the money.

Great Apartment

Incredible location. Clean. Wifi was excellent. A bit noisy at night, but not too loud to sleep. Area was full of great food and convenient walking to all historic sites including Colosseum and Borghese Gardens. Patrizia was very courteous and helped get us settled in. My wife and 2 daughters (10 and 6) loved it too. For 55 Euro, Patrizia will have her driver get you from the airport. Big bonus. Our flight was delayed an hour and he was there waiting.

Family Trip to Rome

Visited Rome the 3rd week of November 2018 with my wife and our 2 daughters on our first trip to Rome. Loved the location of this little rental with rustic wooden ceiling beams, on a cobble stone street and close to many restaurants as well as gelato shops. This place is very close to Piazza Narvona, The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vatican and St Peter. Also within walking distance from the Colosseum if you're up for a stroll. Patrizia was a great host and although we had an issue with electricity on our first evening, she was quick to resolve the issue. The shower could use some updating and paint, however this place is in a historical building with that old Roma feel. Overall I loved this place and would stay here again if I ever re-visit Rome!

Fabulous location and wonderful apartment in Rome !

When we arrived on our street we were all so excited. Via del Governo Vecchio was what you would think of when you think of Italy! It is a small via with shops and restaurants right outside your door. Just around the corner is Piazza Navona which is one of the prettiest and liviliest squares in Rome. We were steps from the Pantheon and were able to walk to so many of the historic sites in Rome. The apartment itself was so comfortable and we loved the history of the building itself. We couldn't have picked a better Home Away !

Perfect Location!

This apartment was in such a great location. Patrizia setup a ride from the airport and it made finding the apartment and checking in so easy. If you stay there, I would recommend doing this as Rome is very intimidating. The first day we took cabs everywhere but by day 2 we realized that everything was so close that we walked the rest of the time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location

Great location and ambiance

This cute apartment is centrally located and walking distance to the Vatican (15 minutes), Trevi Fountain (15 min), Pantheon (5 min) but farther for the Colleseum. Close to Piazza Navona and Museo Roma. The street is cute, lively with many shops and restaurants, but double paned glass kept the sound down. Unfortunately the WiFi was down while there which was difficult. But Patrizia gave us great recommendations for dinner and they were kind enough to let us use their WiFi occasionally. Definitely go to EST for dinner. Best meal we had, very fresh and authentic. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and mostly very happy.

Very happy with location and cleanliness. A great place to stay, Patrice was very helpful, able to arrange pickup at the airport. Which was great. A few maintenance issues need addressing- fan in bathroom very noisy. Exhaust fan in kitchen doesn’t work, hot plates very slow to work. Overall very happy and would stay again.

As the other reviewers state the shower needs to be updated and not just the shower head but the whole shower area. Bath faucet needs to be replaced to you have to turn it very hard to turn it off.

Lovely place in wonderful location near Piazza Navona

We enjoyed our stay in Patrizia's apartment. The best part is the location, right in the heart of a town, near Piazza Navona, walking distance to many sites. We had some problems with the wifi but Patrizia promptly reached out and fixed it. The air conditioning worked nicely which was great since it was quite hot in July. A few items might be spruced up, the shower wand in the shower doesn't seem to point the right way. The burners on the stove didn't heat up enough to make a stir fry.
