Un apartamento recientemente renovado de 70 metros cuadrados, ubicado en el 1er piso de un edificio histórico protegido por el Ministerio de Cultura italiano, con entrada independiente desde la calle.

De gestión familiar, con años de experiencia.

Unos escalones de madera conducen al nivel del apartamento.
2 habitaciones con cama queen size cada una, colchones y almohadas nuevos con memoria -
2 baños con duchas, sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, tostadora, horno, fuegos eléctricos, hervidor de agua), mesa y sillas y sofá cama doble, en cada habitación hay TV plana, aire acondicionado y calefacción.
Loundromat siguiente esquina.
Techo de madera, suelos de terracota. Las nuevas ventanas insonorizadas con vistas a la característica Via del Governo Vecchio, ofrecen una vista increíble y única.

WiFi gratis y conexión rápida.
Supermercados, restaurantes y bares están a poca distancia.

Fit the description perfectly so there were no surprises. I’m 6’-4” tall and managed just fine with the lower bulkhead. Location Wes central to many places which made it very convenient. Will rent again for sure if we make it back to Roma!

Lovely home in the center of Rome.

Olívia was a wonderful and attentive host and the apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our teenage daughter. The location is ideal with wonderful dining options literally out the front door. All the sites of Rome are within an easy walking distance and the immediate neighborhood is a great area to decompress after a day of touring. We had some minor issues but Olivia was great in helping us get them resolved ASAP. Always the sign of a great host.

Great location

Fantastic location in walking distance to Rome attractions. We walked everywhere from here!! Great access to restaurants. Comfortable beds and great communication with Olivia. The only downside was the low ceilings in a few locations, one being on the stairs which we both hit our heads on multiple times.

Amazing rental in Rome

We loved staying at Olivia’s place. It was very clean and cozy. It is located in the perfect spot for a multi day visit. Within walking distance to many great sites. Olivia is really a 10 star host. She was great at communicating and very helpful with suggestions and guidance around town. I would definitely recommend this place in Rome

Great location!

This apartment is in a great location that overlooks a charming street full of cute shops and lots of options for food. The listing is accurate—as noted there are some short ceilings but this was not an issue as we were aware and were careful in those places. Olivia was a great host, was responsive, and helped secure a very early morning airport transfer for us which was very appreciated. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Rome

This apartment is in a great location! All the major sights are within walking distance. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a couple just outside the door. Fun neighborhood that shuts down late but the apartment was quiet enough. Olivia was very helpful and maintained good communication throughout our stay.

Perfectly located with friendly host

The apartment is perfectly located very closely to Piazza navona. For a family trying to get a sense of Rome, it's a perfect spot and quiet enough to get some rest. There are many excellent restaurants very close by. The apartment itself is charming with a few little intricacies, which didn't bother us. Was very flexible and forthcoming. We would come back anytime.

Cosy and convenient

Three ladies keen to explore Rome. The apartment was perfectly placed for our needs with plenty of lovely restaurants on the doorstep as well as mini markets. It may be a bit noisy if you have small children but the double glazing was very effective.

Rome with friends

This property is fantastic. It is a heritage building so they are some low ceilings but we were warned about those so it was no big deal. The perfect spot to walk to so many places. Olivia was easy to deal with and gave us great info for the place and the area. We will stay again next time we come back.

A great place for a unforgattable city

Olivia´s facilities are the best way for travelling to Rome. A delicious apartment with a genuine italian style. Close to Piazza Navona and very famous places and not far from the Vaticano. You can rest without excesive problems (perhaps the close restaurant it´s a little bit noisy) and you can feel inside the real roman life. I recommend you to use the apartment ...

Great location

The apartment is in a central location easy to walk to all the main attractions. Great atmosphere with restaurants down below but it does get noisy at night. Although the restaurants may close around 11pm street cleaners, people coming home from a night out and delivery vans make it noisy in the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you!

Good Location issues with hot water

The location of this apartment was very conducive to being able to walk to the Vatican, and other locations. The VRBO host was very helpful. There were issues with little to no hot water for most of the stay. The VRBO host did hire a plumber to accomplish repairs, however there were issues with the water heater that could not be fully resolved during our stay. The water pressure for cold water was exceptional, however the water pressure for the warm water was not much more than a trickle.

Tom again it was a pleasure to meet and host you. I'am sorry that you have encountered an unfortunate situation, and that the main boiler broke during your holiday. As I explained to you, we tried our best to get the new one as soon as possible, but it was necessary to wait a few days. I understand that the 80 litre back-up electric water heater was perhaps not enough for your family. Unfortunately, there are situations that cannot be controlled 100%. Now everything is working perfectly with the new boiler.

Location of this property is excellent. Right in the middle of Vatican and Roman Forum - both walkable within 20-25 minutes. It’s on a busy cobblestone street full of restaurants and shops, so it’s safe even at night. The home is quite functional… we didn’t have much issues with anything major. We had a great experience overall. We have a few minor suggestions for the owner to make it an even better experience for other tourists-- please keep it well stocked with basic supplies like paper towel rolls, garbage bags rolls, kitchen utensils like spatulas, cooking pots, etc. Last thing one wants to do on a vacation is run out of paper towels (there were just a few) or not have right utensils to do some cooking. - bathroom doors should have locksLittle things apart, it’s a great apartment if location and safety are your top priorities.

Centrally located apartment

The location of this apartment is the big draw. We were able to walk everywhere. There are many restaurants at your doorstep (literally). On that note, the restaurant downstairs was a busy one, however, it never interrupted sleep, as service finished by 11ish. The apartment itself is compact, and very clean. We appreciated the layout, with separate rooms and bathrooms, particularly good to give a teenager privacy and space. Olivia was responsive to all concerns and questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place in Rome

A little hard to find but i apprecated the directions with a picture of the front door. Right over two restaurants so if your cant sleep with noise, this is not your place. The a/c were a godsend in the summer heat! In the middle of tons of shopping, restaurants, and walkable to many points of interest. Safe area. Kitchen/sleeping area was a bit cramped but we worked with, fridge/freezer worked really well. Nice having 2 bathrooms with 3 teens. Overall great place.

Old Rome

Very difficult to locate the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find it and just dropped us at the corner. The apartment is located at an alley behind a restaurant. Good insulated windows from noice at main street but very noisy from above floor, and those neighbors enjoy loud music until midnight! No soap in the bathrooms !!! Just ONE tiny package of body wash P/p for 3 days we stayed there. Very low ceilings, not good for told people! The location was great !! Walkable to main attractions in Rome. You have to take your garbage out every day!!!

Robert, I always take guests comments very seriously in order to improve the experience of future guests. However, I am pleased to underline some aspects of your review for those who want to choose my apartment. The apartment is in the beating heart of the ancient city. New sound proof windows were installed but a small fee must be paid to enjoy Rome on foot and get to the main istorical site in a few minutes. Moreover, the apartment is a typical mezzanine of this area dated 1700. Centuries ago it was the Some appreciate the low ceilings and cozy atmosphere of my apartment, others don't. However, this aspect is well explained in the AD description so as not to create false expectations. Throwing away your waste is not a mandatory request and I never ask to manage it every day. It is a collaboration request which we think is part of the guests' duties when rent a private home. Regarding the courtesy set It is an extra offer considering that in each shower you will find the shower gel and shapoo + liquid hand soap. I'm sorry you didn't appreciate my hospitality and my assitence. Olivia

Rome stay

We arrived and check in was very easy. I can not fault the hosts speed in answering and sorting any problems we had. We had a few teething issues , there is building work going on till 2025 with the building opposite. The first morning work started early around 7am. The host and other people in the building complained and the local police stopped this. They should start at 9am so would not really be a problem as like us we are up early to explore. (7am was a little early) we had issues with the shower heads not working and that day the host came and replaced them with no problems. We enjoyed the location and the restaurants below are great but can be noisy if you are an early to bed person.

Dear Joanna, thank you very much for your lovely opinion and for staying in my apartment. I would clarify that the conservative restoration of the historical Palazzo Nardini, the seat of the ancient government of the papal state in the far 1755, it is under the watchful eyes of all of Rome. The incident that occurred was completely accidental and the local police was very fast to stop. I don't think other similar situations will occur. The works start late because the area is residential as well as tourist. thank you again Olivia

Great location, fairly nice place

This was a great location, walking distance from everything. The only downside is that it’s above restaurants that play loud music until 11pm which can make it hard to sleep. It was a little confusing to find based on directions and google maps but we figured it out fairly quickly. The inside felt a little smaller and darker than it looks in the picture. As described in the listing and other reviews, the ceiling is very low including one (padded) part of the ceiling. My husband (5’10”) felt very big. The third “bed” is the sofa bed which is in the kitchen. When unfolded there is nowhere really to sit other than the beds and someone is basically sleeping in the kitchen if you have more than 4. In general it served our basic needs. The location is great for the price. The host was very helpful and communicated well.

Wonderful Place

Stayed here with my husband and adult children. There were 5 of us in total. The apartment was small but comfortable. Showers are a bit tight but got used to that pretty quickly. It felt like home while in Rome. It was perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere. There are 2 restaurants below the apartment (both with amazing food!!!). A couple of the nights it was a little noisy but had no trouble sleeping. There is a laundromat steps away. We used White Cloud laundromat. Dropped off our clothes in the morning and had them back later that same day. Amazing service! and the market is very close as well. Our host Olivia was wonderful. She was available to help since we booked the apartment. She helped us with transportation to and from the airport and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back. Thank you Olivia!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 10 days in November. I could not have wished for a better location. This place is located in the heart of Rome, 1 min walking distance from Piazza Navona. It is so close to everything that we ended not getting a cab even a single time and walked everywhere. And I do mean everywhere - Campo de Fiori, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Borgese gardens and the Gallery, Vatican (St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel), Colloseum, Castel Sant'Angelo, and I can go on and on. Staying at this place allows one to walk to these locations and have a chance to absorb the beautiful churches, obelisks, arches, columns, and other structures that radiate rich history, art, and grandeur. Olivia - the host - was amazing! although we arrived very late (almost midnight) there was a person waiting for us with the keys. Olivia was available every time we called, which made it comfortable for us, knowing that we could reach her if we needed something. She's a true professional and we'd love to rent this apartment again should we happen to be in Rome. Thank you Olivia!

This apartment belongs to my husband family since the first years of 1900.
We always thank him! It is fantastic to have such a wonderful apartment in the earth of Rome.
For long time we rented it an a family but now we like sometimes and to spend few days at Residenza Sansoni just walking and discovering the simple life of these narrow streets.

Residenza Sansoni is located close to Piazza Navona, Roman forum and Coloseum, in the historic center of Rome, west of the Pantheon. The Piazza Navona area is full of many outdoor cafes and typical restaurants, trattorie . Piazza Campo Dei Fioriis few steps away from the Residenza Sansoni. This piazza become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets.
By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.
