THIS HOME IS TRULY COMFORTABLE, SUPER CLEAN and AMAZING! We have been accommodating guest for over 15 years and specialize in DELIVERING a comfortable experience for all of our Guest! Just read our reviews!

The Main home features 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6, each bedroom has custom bathrooms with stand-up showers and beautiful granite counter tops. The home has a large open floor plan including large dining room/ living room and large laundry room. The custom kitchen Features everything you need to fix a meal for your friends and family.

This home also Features a detached apartment that sleeps 2 with a queen bedroom/living room private full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Please note The apartment is raised and has a full set of stairs. Not recommended for people having trouble with stairs.

We are nestled only 4 miles from the French Quarter. It is only a 10-15 minute cab, Uber or Lyft ride away. We are on a corner lot, right across the street from the best Poboy diner in town- Arabi Food Store. They have great breakfast and lunch specials.
Old Historic Arabi Neighborhood is Safe & convenient.

We provide - Standard Coffee Pot/one cup, coffee filters, Paper towels, Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, hand soaps, Detergents, Iron and ironing Board, and blow dryers.

About our area:
The area known as Old Arabi is made up of two historic districts: The Old Arabi Historic District, 150 acres bordering Jackson Barracks and the Mississippi River including parts of Mehle, Angela, and Esteban Streets, and the Friscoville Street Historic District, 160 acres from the 100-900 blocks of Friscoville. Old Arabi was named one of America's Prettiest Painted places in a 2012 nationwide search conducted by the Paint Quality Institute of America for the stunning use of color on the area's elaborate historical homes and buildings. It's close proximity to the French Quarter and no shortage of things to do right around our home, this is the perfect location to soak up everything Nola has to offer.

Getting Around our area:
New Orleans is a small city, which makes getting around a breeze in an Uber or Lyft. The French Quarter is an 15 minute drive away, which will never run you more than $15-20 depending on events and holiday seasons, which is even more affordable when you split it with your group!

Just come and feel right at home! We take pride in our very clean and comfortable home!

Relaxing Stay

The accommodations were perfect for my trip to New Orleans. It was in close proximity to the destinations that I wanted to go to. It eas also spacious enough for my mother who was using a walker to get around. I also enjoyed being able to sit out on the front porch to enjoy the wearher.

Vacation to Nola

The house was unbelievably one of the best places we've stayed. Large bedrooms with personal bathrooms in each room. A MUST when travel with couples. The location was perfect with a quant little restaurant with remarkable prices and food right across the street and walking distance to bars and restaurants, dollar store and loquat store. All the locals we met were so friendly and hospitality was very rewarding. I would absolutely recommend this charming and welcoming site for a stay to enjoy the beautiful New Orleans trip for family or friends getting together.

Family wedding in NOLA

This property was awesome: charming and spacious throughout. Everything we needed was right there. Having 4 1/2 bathrooms was a bonus, especially when getting ready for wedding events. We had never stayed in Arabi before and enjoyed it, especially on our walks. A quiet retreat from the hubbub of the French Quarter, etc…(French Quarter Fest was going on). Residential with lots of pretty houses, and the Mississippi is a few blocks away. The Arabi Market and Cafe was delightful for breakfast, but closed on weekends. Highly Recommend this property!!!

The rental was very spacious and clean. It was a great home for a group of 8 adults - each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the common area has plenty of space for everyone. And the Arabi food store across the street is amazing!

Family birthday celebration

Gorgeous home. So spacious. Walking distance to 24hr donuts. Also to grocery store. About a 9min uber to French Quarter. Neighborhood is nice for walking. There’s a breakfast place across the street. Unusual hours. But the food is delicious.

The only thing that made our stay unbearable was the SNOW!!!! This place was great!! The location was perfect, a short drive to everything we wanted. And it was super safe since the police hangout was right across the street. Highly recommend!!

New Orleans Experience

We have been wanting to experience New Orleans and it's history as well as do all of the "touristy" things. This house was the perfect location for all of the day trips we took as well as just relaxing. Accommodations were perfect for 4 couples and 4 separate sleeping areas 5 bathrooms was a plus 😉 Neighborhood was perfect with a place to get breakfast and lunch right across the street and Wal Mart a short drive away to get all of the essentials we needed for our week long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband Paul & I purchased the home in 2019. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's a so easy to relax and be comfortable. It's a real gem in the Historic Old Arabi District. We also own another vacation rental on this same street. The original owners of the home were Mrs. Debbie & Mr. Mitch and they purchased this home after Hurricane Katrina in 2007- they renovated it and completely gave it a LIFE. I managed it for them as a vacation rental for over 10 years. When she asked if i wanted to buy it I JUMPED ON IT! We love this home!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! It's only 4 miles outside the FUN French Quarter Area. Our Area is called Old Historic Arabi- It's beautiful, and in a great location. The local neighbors here are so friendly and wonderful! Our local Arabi food store is directly across the street from this house and the Po-boys and breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING!
