☀ **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

☀ **No Smoking:** This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property.

☀ **No Parties or Events:** Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

☀ **Damage:** Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

☀ **Pool and Hot Tub:** Pool and hot tub use is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.

☀**Parking:**

- Please park in your designated parking area.
- Visitor parking in half of the roundabout is limited to a maximum of 4 hours, with no overnight parking.
- Do not park in fire lanes or no parking zones.
- Vehicles in contravention of parking rules and bylaws will be booted and/or towed at the vehicle owner`s own risk and expense.

☀ **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property.

☀ **No Unauthorized Guests:** Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

☀ **No Unauthorized Late Check-Out:** Late check-outs must be approved in advance.
