The tremendous apartment overlook’s Knoxville, TN’s Old City from 4 floor to ceiling windows! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 common areas we accommodate 8 guests. We recommend to park and forget your car as this property is walkable to most activities. (We also provide a wagon for your belongings) A huge variety of dining options from bar food to upscale steak houses! We cannot wait to host YOU!

DISCLAIMER: NOISE
Our loft is located in the heart of the Old City! Please expect city noise mostly around the weekend when Downtown is busy.
We do offer complementary earplugs in all of the bedrooms!

GAME DAYS: Please expect heavy traffic on game days. My advise, park your car and forget about it.

STAIRS:
There is one set of stairs leading up to the Apartment door!
1. NO Smoking inside of the apartment. Please use the outdoor areas to smoke and discard cigarette butts into a trash receptacle.
2. NO parties, events or visitors. We need all guests to be registered through your booking. Please respect this rule by not bringing others to the apartment unless it is confirmed by us.
3. NO pets.
4. NO eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal and drinks in the living area.
5. Please discard trash using the trash area at the end of the street or tying the bag and leaving it in the hallway.
6. Report any damages and or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported!
7. Not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Halie was an amazing and responsive host! This place was so spacious and accommodated my family of 5 wonderfully for Thanksgiving / game day! So much fun playing Sinatra and The Beatles on the record player. Huge TVs in every room and a pool table was awesome. Beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. The walk to Neyland was approx. 1.2 miles. Lots of snacks and water which was super nice!Noting the following but I would stay here again:1. Thermostat was locked and had to be changed by owner. 2. Wagon Wheel bar downstairs was playing music until 1:30am Friday night and 2:30am Saturday. It was really just white noise. Halie kindly has packages of earplugs available in each room.3. No dedicated parking made for some juggling with cars. You can load/unload in the ‘flasher’s only’ spots.

Location, location, location and super fun ambiance! What a terrific stay we had and I cannot compliment Halie (the host) enough for her always-quick and helpful responses. As the description says, this loft is smack in the midst of Old City which is the hottest restaurant and club area in Knoxville. Think central, ultra funky and hopping day and night. Think Beale Street - it’s colorful, loud and lively! Getting in is a breeze. We found all beds to be very comfy (good mattresses and soft linens.) Truly a really well stocked kitchen where we appreciated the snacks, waters and coffee on hand. And especially our family took advantage of great spaces to hang out, play music, play pool, or watch one of the many TVs. This loft is a real find. 10/10.

Half Marathon Weekend.

My brother, my wife, my son and I came into town to see my sophomore daughter. Some of us ran the half marathon race and we allenjoyed a great weekend in Knoxville. The unit is super cool, spacious and clean and is in a great location. The communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend booking here.

Disco Review

Communication with the host was seamless. She was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. It was great that there were drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Market Square is a must to visit.

Engagement Family Weekend

Incredible place in the heart of Old City. The place was spacious and it was one of the top places I’ve stayed traveling. Would recommend to anyone coming into Knoxville for a fun weekend, wedding, or football game. Will absolutely stay here again!

This place is AWESOME!

This place is even cooler than the pics. Would be great for a girlfriends’ getaway. There is even a makeup mirror. All tvs fully equipped, beds are super comfortable, and the place is FULLY stocked with everything you would need. And Old City is an awesome place to stay. LOVED IT!!

Fantastic place in the middle of it all

The disco hideaway was perfect for our long weekend in Knoxville. It is right in the heart of Old City, short walking distance to Market Square and a longer walk to University of Tennessee campus. The place had everything we needed and Halie was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Birthday Weekend

I celebrated my 21st birthday here with my friends. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. She provided clear check in instructions and parking options. This was one of the cutest lofts I’ve ever been in! It was super spacious and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great time! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it!! So cute, huge and fun! Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants. Wish could have stayed more than one night! Host is awesome and answers right away always! So helpful! Will definitely be back to this place!!

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time. We enjoyed staying at this loft. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to host our extended family for the holidays. The pictures do not do it justice. We would rent it again!

Beyond expectations

The pictures do not do justice for this property! The loft is VERY spacious and open. The location is convenient to the old city and market square. There is nightlife right outside the door but we honestly did not notice much noise. As for the host, I cannot say enough about the excellent communication. Highly recommend!
