Excellent Home for a Family Stay

Our family stayed here to visit extended family in Louisville. The layout of the home was perfect to have space for everyone. The property was clean and well cared for. All the appliances are new and worked well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great stay!

Loved the house, so clean and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Owners were super responsive and we will definitely stay again when we come back to visit our family. The big table in kitchen is awesome as our family loved playing board games together.

We have stayed in this home multiple times. It is a wonderful property that is convenient to everything in West Knoxville. It is alway clean and well equipped. Owners are very responsive.This has been the perfect place for our large family to visit extended family who live in Knoxville

Awesome stay!

We had family meet us in Knoxville for UT graduation. It worked out perfectly for my parents and a couple of relatives to join us. Plenty of space to have dinner and enough rooms for everyone to sleep. Julie was great with communication and flexible with giving my parents a little extra time to pack up and head out. There were plenty of restaurants and stores close by and UT campus was about 15 minutes away. It was a great stay!!

The house is fabulous, spacious, clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully! We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well. We had no issues with finding the house or getting groceries and take out delivered. This will be our first choice of rental when we visit Knoxville next time!

Family Time

The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had 7 adult family members staying and the house was very comfortable for all. The large dining table and island was a great gathering space.The location was 20 minutes from downtown and the University, as well as the airport. I would highly recommend this property and the owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Great property!

We stayed here for two nights while touring UT and the Knoxville area. Great location - safe & easy access to everything. The house itself was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out & relax. The owners had it well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Would definitely stay here again!

UTK Visit…

Stayed here with extended family while visiting my daughter and catching a football game at UTK. House is as advertised and met our needs. Clean, close to campus, and was very comfortable for us. Was a nice option over a hotel room. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We were 4 couples, a grandmother and a baby. The split floor plan allowed grandma and baby to have some dedicated space with their own living room, bathroom and sleeping areas so that the rest of us did not disturb them while we visited with each other.

Beautiful House

I loved the decorating. I didn't realize that you have to go through the 1/2 bathroom or the master bedroom to get to one of the full bathrooms but that wasn't a problem. The house was perfect for us.

Great getaway

We had a small family reunion, it was perfect, enough bedrooms and room in the living areas for everyone to gather and have meals. It was difficult to find a house with enough bedrooms also with enough space for meals together. The dinning table here was neat, and served our purposes well. We took the kids on a walk along the greenway nearby and was perfect as well.

I currently homeschool our kids, but have also done interior design on the side, and have enjoyed making this property into what it is today. I know you will love all that Knoxville has to offer. I love this property because of how much space there is to spread out. There are two living room areas with sectionals and tv's. The dining area is spacious, and there is seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The upper part of the split foyer has an open living area, which is great for large groups. The mattresses and linens are very comfortable. The house is about a mile from the interstate, which will take you to anywhere you need to go in Knoxville. Close to the house are a variety of grocery stores and shopping areas like West Town Mall and Turkey Creek, as well as Top Golf.
