This stunning home features 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across three floors.
On the ground floor, you'll find ample covered parking, a wet weather entry, enclosed storage for beach toys, and a dedicated golf cart parking area.
Accessible by stairs or elevator, the first floor includes:
- Master Bedroom 1: King bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- Master Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: King bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
- Bedroom 4: King bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
- Laundry area
The second floor boasts:
- A spacious open kitchen with a large island.
- A dining room.
- A living room with numerous windows and a covered deck.
- Bedroom 5: Queen bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 6.
- Bedroom 6: Queen bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5.
The top "loft" floor offers:
- Bedroom 7: features a twin over full bunk bed, along with an additional twin bed with a trundle.
- A private deck providing the best views of Topsail.

🕒 Flexible Check-In & Check-Out: If there’s no back-to-back booking, we’re happy to offer a complimentary early check-in at 2 PM and a complimentary late check-out at 12 noon. For additional time beyond that, standard charges will apply.
🏖 Beach Access: Public Beach Access #23 is just an 8-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive from the house.
📦 Starter Essentials: We provide a starter pack of essentials like paper towels and tissues to help get you settled in, but any additional supplies beyond that are typically up to our guests to handle.
Guest Access:
* Guests will have access to the entire home, including the shared 12'x20' inground pool.
* The pool is not usable during the fall, winter, and spring months when temperatures are not conducive to swimming.
* There is plenty of covered parking available on the ground floor, along with enclosed storage for beach toys and a separate enclosure for golf cart parking.
* An elevator provides easy access to levels 1 to 3. The 4th floor observation deck and bunk room require walking up a flight of stairs.
* There is a park area for kids just across the street and down the street.
Note:
*Please don’t park on the left side of the house because the gravel is the driveway for the property behind it. It will block the people that live in the back house.
*The other unit DOES NOT permit access to their amenities or the area beneath their home. To respect their privacy and avoid any issues, please use only the designated walkway when accessing the pool. The walkway is located on the left side of the house. Kindly avoid walking underneath the other unit’s home, as it may also trigger their alarm system.

This property is conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to explore Surf City and the surrounding areas. Public beach access is just steps away, and the townhome's location allows for easy walking or biking around the neighborhood.
