MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
☞ Low-Season: 2-night minimum stay is required.

☞ Mid-Season: 3-night minimum stay is required.

☞ High Season (June 21, 2025 - August 30, 2025): 7-night minimum stay is required, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only (Saturday-to-Saturday bookings).

HOUSE LAYOUT
Our home is 1,214 square feet. The first floor features a dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with standing shower, and washer & dryer. The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. There is also an additional bathroom on the second floor with a standing shower. The third floor is a converted attic, fully remodeled, and features 2x twin XL beds.

KITCHEN
At the heart of Blue Atlantic lies a culinary paradise, featuring soapstone countertops, custom cabinetry, and a Moroccan tile backsplash. State-of-the-art appliances, including a double oven with an air fryer and a two-tiered dishwasher, are ready to inspire your culinary creativity.

LIVING ROOM
The living room serves as a hub for relaxation and entertainment, with a striking floating staircase, a Samsung TV, Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed internet. Comfortable seating makes this the perfect spot to unwind.

DINING ROOM
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room offers a cozy and elegant space for meals and gatherings. A welcoming table for six, curated barware, and an array of board games ensure delightful dining and entertainment experiences.

BATHROOMS
Two spa-inspired bathrooms feature heated floors, contemporary fixtures, and glass showers with invigorating rain heads, creating a luxurious retreat.

BEDROOMS
Four elegantly furnished bedrooms promise tranquility and comfort, with luxury linens, ceiling fans, and blinds. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private porch with ocean views. The Green Bedroom features a queen-size bed. The Terracotta bedroom features a full-sized bed. The upstairs attic, which has been fully remodeled, has been converted into a bedroom featuring 2x twin XL beds.

The third-floor attic is equipped with a desk and office chair, along with high-speed internet, providing a versatile workspace.
