Welcome to this 100 year old farmhouse. You will love the main floor accommodations. 1 queen and 2 full bedrooms. All linens are supplied. Spare sheet are in the dressers and blankets in the closets or chest.
Front door opens onto a large veranda with farmhouse rockers and the back door is accessed through the laundry/mud room. Cleaning supplies are accessible in the mud room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and all the fun gadgets from the basic toaster and coffee maker to crock pot and blender. Other gadgets may be available on request.
The bathroom is set up with basic soap and shampoo needs and the hair dryer is in the cupboard next to the sink. There is a small step stool for little ones who need a boost. Shower has one grab rail by the front. Lots of towels in the large closet.
The back yard boasts a smoking bench by the lilacs and a table and chairs by the fire ring. There is plenty of room to get out in the sunshine. Camp chairs are located in the bench on the back porch and trash is under the upstairs neighbor's deck.
There are fans and space heaters in the closets for those needing extra air flow. No central AC, but there are AC units in windows for summer months.
There is a book nook stocked with reading materials, games and puzzles for staying in. There is a 40 in TV in the living room with wifi available for your devices.
Nearby Golf courses such as Copper Ridge, Warwick Hills, and Swartz Creek offer the best of the area. There are several small lakes for watersports or a day at the beach. Check out the Whoa Zone on Heron Lake or rent kayaks or canoes and hit the river. Take advantage of the bike trails or hiking spots. Mounds ATV park is popular with the off road crowd. The area is known for the Alley Challenge, CRIM festival of races, Back to the Bricks and the Renaissance Festival.
Catch the farmers market 3 miles away for fresh produce and breads. Or enjoy a variety of restaurants around the corner: Black Stone, Jersey Mikes, Pita Way, Dairy Queen, Sushi, Hamlin Pub, and Taco Bell to name a few.
In the fall there is hunting available by appointment on a property 4 miles away. In the winter there is Skiing at Mt Holly, skating at local rinks and sledding or cross country skiing at the parks.
If you are up for a 20-minute drive there are theaters, museums, a planetarium and an art gallery as well as shopping in Flint.

We are on the same road as Bishop Airport , close to 69 and 475.
Parking holds up to 5 cars on East side of property.
Basement door behind the house is unlocked for access to breaker panel.
For larger parties, there is a Roll-away twin bed (7th bed) stored in the mud room and a twin Air mattress (8th) as well, though some guests opt to use the large sofa, not a pull out, but without pillow it is the same size as a twin.
