Swimming and Mountain Biking

This property was a nice stop along our grander road trip. The property was less than five minutes to Sonoran Desert Preserve which served as some early morning mountain biking. Location was rural and quiet in comparison to the main Scottsdale area.

Beautiful home and pool

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this property. We chose it because it is close to family and has a heated pool. The home is clean and well kept. It is large and sound does not travel from one end to the other. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the kitchen is awesome. The main bedroom and en suite are huge. It was also nice having the garage to park in. The back yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It is about 5 feet deep in the middle but has shallow areas on both ends. There are several levels getting in and out and the basketball hoop was a nice addition. We did have it heated and the temperature was very confortable for us. The covered table on the back patio stayed pretty cool in the afternoon and evenings, with both shade and a ceiling fan. The pool does get shaded later in the evening as the sun goes in front of the house. We would 100% stay here again.

This space was just as advertised. We had tons of plans for our trip, and ended up doing nothing but hanging at the house. We didn’t want to leave, and we didn’t need to-it had everything. Rural type of neighborhood-heard roosters, donkeys and horses-which was fine by us.

Excellent Staycation

We rented this home for an extended period. It is wonderfully furnished with most everything you might need. Wes, the property manager was on hand for any questions we had. The back yard was a very nice space to hang out. We had guests come stay and we enjoyed the pool and fires at night. This place is perfect if you prefer to be a little out of the city but still close to restaurants and many grocery stores. The neighbor is quiet with very nice neighbors. Short drives to many trails if you like to hike or bike ride.

This property is amazing! The photos don't do it justice!!!

Our trip was in June for a family vacation. This house was far beyond what we expected! It had every luxury we could imagine. We loved the pool and the beautiful backyard! When we weren't in the pool, we were inside playing pool on the beautiful pool table. The beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were amazing. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. It's a very spacious, extremely clean and well-maintained home. We felt spoiled! The location is great for a day trip to the Grand Canyon...only about 3 hours one way. Beautiful Sedona is only about 1 1/2 hrs away. We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay.

Miles was upfront and offered us an even more attractive property at the same price. Soooo wonderful. It was clean,quiet and private. Loved the country atmosphere. Minor issues such as running out of propane for the grill but was handled the same day. Would definitely recommend working with Miles and Wes. Hopefully see you next year!!!!

Great house but the property could have been taken care of a little better.

This was a great house! The only thing we had an issue with was cleanliness. the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and we had to wash them before we used them.. the garbage disposal leaked under the sink when we turned it on which was another mess we had to clean up. We also had to scoop out the pool with the screen catcher because of all the stuff in it. Other than that we didn’t have any issues and this was a great home to vacation in!

I’ll start with the negative… communication was a bit to be desired from the start. Once I had a listening ear it was ok However, the positive out ways the negative for the most part. The home is beautiful. It worked very well for our family. The high ceilings do create a lot of echo from one end of the house to the other so I do recommend traveling with sound machines or using one on your phones for sleep. Most all bedrooms were great. The very front one with the double doors next to the master is probably the least desirable for it has the morning sun very first thing in the morning (immediately at sunrise 4am) along with the 100’s of birds that live in the front tree waking you with their harmonies every day around 4am. If you have more than a 4 day stay with more than 4 adults and two children you will need more toiletries. You do need your own body soaps and shampoos. The master bedroom is the only room with a blow dryer. There is only one toilet plunger and it’s in the far bedroom. You will need napkins and paper towels. Everything else (towels, sheets, beach towels) are supplied which is great. The property is beautiful. We had a fire in the pit even though it was hot but kids love smores. Having the wood there split for usage was great. The pool was great but there was no skimmer to clean off the debris that would fly in throughout the day. The pool is kept at 85 which at first is chilly but ends up being perfect once in. The hot tub was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is and the yard is very nice. However there are several items that need to be fixed. The kitchen faucet, the door on the master bedroom to the patio, the door hardware in the jack n jill bathroom, no pool cover for half the month, resulting in us not using the pool et al this year. The hot tub was not clean when we checked in and it had to be drained and cleaned. You need a new set of knives that are sharp and a new set of pots and pans, as we bought both for our stay this year. The lights in the patio need to be changed, and the fireplace doesn't work. Something that would be smart would be to provide cleaning products to care for the bathrooms and kitchen, while staying at your home.

outdoor area perfect. House (living space) needs a lot of improvement

We chose this house because we want to spend a relaxing time with our family not going out a lot and just enjoying our time together. We were exciting about the outdoor space and were not disappointed. However we didn't expect a huge Rv sitting there but he did not bother us much as we were able to play ball, badminton,etc...But what was disappointing was the indoor space. The pool table was located in a room where the light was really bad. The sink in the kitchen is in poor condition and the jacuzi tub in the MBathroom wasn't working. We called the property manager to let him now asa we arrived that the shower in the shared bathroom did not work (the piece to switch the faucet from bath to shower was broken) and he never came back to replace it, so we had to share the only shower in the MB :-( We rented a place last June with Vrbo and the cleaning service was impeccable compared to this one. We appreciated the fact that we could park our big truck in the garage and enjoyed the jacuzi and the fire pit; Like I said the house need a good refreshing (walls and floors) if you really want happy customers.

Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful property for sure, but there were some issues that did come up that did cause us some concern.We were unaware that the tub had not been chemically treated until the pool maintenance people showed up on Monday, Dec 30, 2019. The reason we bring it up is that my wife and I both developed a rash that we could not explain but narrowed it down to the hot tub as it was the only place we had in common. Our son did not use the tub and had no rash, myself and my son used the pool, my wife did not. The maintenance people did treat the hot tub but agreed that was the probable cause of the rash.The pool was also not properly treated and we were not aware of it due to not having one, plus it was covered by day and only used at night. Once again, it was the pool maintenance people that said we should not have been using it and advised us to stay out of it only after they were Dec 30, 2019. Apparently it was scheduled for repair right after our stay?We could not light the fireplace, don’t know if there was issue or just out of propane. We checked the tank just outside the house and it appeared to be empty.The ice maker in the fridge did not work at all.The BBQ only had sufficient gas for 1 BBQ, ran out in the middle of our second BBQ. The spare tank that was there turned to be empty.The garburator has a bad habit of backing up, happened twice while there.Other than these issues, the house was amazing, the grounds were perfect, and the location offered us privacy away from the city but still close enough to get what we needed.However, will not be returning

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s start by saying the listing photos and property video tour most definitely DO NOT represent the current conditions of this property! We rented this property for a week in June 2024 specifically to utilize the pool & backyard space. Upon arrival the pool was in pool physical condition, with several missing stone surround tiles, pool floats in the water covered with bird feces, as well as something black, possibly black algae, growing in several of the pool tile grout seams in the deep end of the pool. All of the outdoor seating cushions under the pavilion were filthy dirty, and covered in bird feces, making that entire seating area unusable! There was a stack of plastic Adirondack chairs left under one of the trees that were also covered in bird feces and unusable. All of the lounge chairs were stuffed under the outdoor covered patio space, and none of those had any cushions at all. The outdoor dining table cushions were also filthy dirty. The gas grill grates had clearly also not been cleaned. Outdoor fountain was drained and apparently not functional. We were highly disappointed to say the least! Plus, after my spouse had been in the shallow end of the pool briefly, later that day they developed a skin rash which turned into hives. We left the property to go home and get medication to treat the hives and returned to the property the following day to check out early, as the entirety of the backyard space was completely unusable! When we reported these issues/ concerns to the property manager we didn’t hear back from anyone until the following day, and at that time they were totally dismissive of everything we had to say. We even contact additional representatives from Latitude 8 and they were equally dismissive of our complaints and refused to give us even a partial refund. They did send us a pool cleaning report which clearly states there is ZERO free chlorine present, which actually makes it unsafe to swim in and can lead to skin irritation and

Beauty quiet home

This house was the perfect amount of quiet yet homey comfort that we were looking for. Great family memories we will carry with us and definitely would stay there again
