This home is in a great location. However our towels were not clean and Wi-Fi information was not provided. The home’s smoke detectors alarmed which was very disruptive.

Worst experience. NEVER got the heated pool in alll the days there. Frank the owner I guess kept telling us a different story every text from the pool IS heated when we checked in and told him it wasn’t to sending him pictures of the screen showing ignition failure and then telling us someone is coming that day to fix to then the story that it needed a new part and guy would be there that day to then going quiet… so from Tuesday to Saturday we had no heated pool on beautiful days in the Hamptons as we were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. No communication on check in except the food is open and key on counter.. no idea where to find WI-FI and we had to keep reaching out to Frank who then got annoyed with my “patience” because I guess we were supposed to know his itinerary that he was in LA for awhile. No smoke detectors hooked up in house, had to ask about that and finally came next day when I said it’s your house but if there’s a fire all the new ones sitting on beds and furniture would do no good.. tons of windows in house but no curtains or drapes so privacy was limited. I would never do business with this person again and am demanding some financial reimbursement for fakes advertising

Bday Weekend

It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described — clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved being close to town. Communication was smooth and easy — Frank was quick to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property location was very convenient to town, and the property was a good size. The kitchen and clothes washing facilities were very good. There was a lack of essentials provided, such as soaps and detergents for the laundry, kitchen and bathroom, which were provided promptly once requested. The bathroom and bed linen was not of a standard you would expect (missing duvet covers, torn sheets and stained towels).

Nice place and close to Sag Harbor downtown area

It was a nice place. A couple of the doors upstairs were sticking. But aside from that a nice home and accommodation. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the TV on?

Septic tank issues left the house smelling of raw sewage for 2 days, owner refused to compensate.

I was excited about this property, it was right where we wanted to be with our family. The check in was easy enough but that first day I noticed a garbage/sewage smell outside. I figured maybe it was a neighbors garbage and didnt think much of it. Settled my baby in only to realize there was no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, water drinking glasses, or garbage bags etc So I ran out at 6pm to get those supplies. The next day I noticed someone (no official uniform or truck etc) was fiddling with one of the sewer grates in the yard, by that evening the smell of raw sewage was taking over the outside and first floor but I was hoping it was maybe stink bugs or something. The next morning the smell was now upstairs and I reached out to the owner as it was obvious there was something wrong. At that time he said the town had been by to run an inspection that he had no idea about but they had passed and the smell should go away quickly.. We went about our day and when we came home that evening it was unbareable. I reached out again and he told me again it shouldn’t be smelling and to hang tight, that someone would come by the next day. I requested to be compensated for the now nearly 48 hours of headache inducing raw sewage smell taking over the whole house and he refused saying it would be fixed. We had already suffered so that wasn’t helpful? The yard was also overgrown (landscapers came the day before we left..) and the pool was filthy. 2-10 wouldn’t recommend
